Nice unit close to everything. Only drawback for us was that it's a second floor unit and had to drag our luggage up the flight of outdoor steps. We were able to do that, but some guests might not be able to handle the steps. Didn't really care for both bathrooms being off of the living room either.

The apartment is very spacious, and the kitchen is adequate for repeating food, or making snacks, but I would not want to have to prepare a full meal there. 1 bedroom is very spacious, the other a bit tight, but adequate. Both meds are comfortable. There is a ceiling fan and the smaller room, and portable fans in the larger room. Despite the horrific heat, there is no difficulty keeping the apartment cool. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing. The pool was fantastic and even has a built-in table for playing cards, games, etc. The location is literally just steps away from all of the action, but quiet and relaxing. The only thing we felt was truly lacking was a smart TV so we could watch a movie together. I would absolutely rebook this property without hesitation.

everything was perfect except for the parking situation. there were 4 units and only room for 3 cars parked in a row. not convenient. also we had 2 cars and overnight parking(15 min walk) was $40 a night. great location and pool, bbq area

Great little spot right off Duval and an easy walk to almost everything!!! Parking is hard since you have to park up to 3 deep and might get blocked in but it was easy to coordinate and get a car moved when we needed to leave. We would stay here again!

Bahama house is great place for a quick getaway. All you have to do is exit the building and walk a block and you are on Duval street. When you come back just get in pool to cool off. For longer stays storage could an issue in second the second bedroom but for short stays it works out ok. I would stay again anytime.

Would stay here again. Pros - Loved the pool, location, and big place. Kind of con but not a deal breaker - Parking (don’t bring a car to avoid jockeying for limited space. No dressers in one room and small, bathrooms are attached to living room so have to walk out of bedrooms through kitchen to get to bathrooms. Directions weren’t clear where to find our unit upon arrival and had to walk around to each door to find ours. Only annoying part of trip was dealing with so many emails from the management company and threatening if you didn’t respond in time your room would be canceled; very confusing and tedious process to complete so many forms vs. doing it all at one time so you don’t miss anything. We rent ALOT and thus by far was pretty annoying but loved the place though.

Easy to book, easy to find, wonderful location for walking throughout all of Old Town. Clean and comfortable but be ready for lots of crowing roosters, sirens, the unique whine of 2-cycle gasoline powered scooters, and the everyday sounds of other guests within this old structure. Sleeping here is not unlike what some might fondly reference as the 'college experience'...

Place was perfect and just as advertised. Its location really can not be beat. We found it really spacious too for being so close to downtown. The pool was a great way to take a mid day break from the action. Last but not least, the host was great and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed. Honestly no complaints. Great place.

It was a 2 couple fun fest, never stayed this close to Mallory Square, a nice walk from the Historic seaport. The Bed rooms are very nice, one ceiling fan , one not. 2 bathrooms. Which was very nice. The outdoor patio is very nice.

Very cute apartment. Rooms were cute. One room has more space than the other for unpacking your belongings. However the other room has a big open concept closet. Two bathrooms. One has a hairdryer. That was important for me. The living room was spacious. The outback was very relaxing. The house is so close to the night life. We walked everywhere. Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We were in Key West for a wedding at Fort Zachary Beach. The location and convenience of staying at the Bahama house could not be beat. We also had a lot of fun hanging in the back pool area with our neighbors in the other suites, most of whom have stayed at Bahama House many times. If/when back in Key West, we would certainly join that club.

Location is the name of the game with the Bahama house, close to the grocery and close to Duval. The pool and backyard common area are great too. After staying here many times the property is really showing its age and is in need of a major renovation. It is a great spot but next time we will look to stay elsewhere in a newer property.

Can’t get any closer to all of the action of duval without actually staying on duval. This unit is Slightly off the beaten path one street over from duval on a quiet block. It was clean, decorated in the colorful vibe of key west, had all of the needed amenities and was managed very well by the local vacation rental company. 5 stars all the way! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Four guest consisting of two married couples stayed four nights. The unit needs the crockery replaced and the kitchen sink drains slow. The toilets are water savers and therefore don’t flush well and occasionally needed filled with additional water to clear them as refill was VERY slow on their own. The unit was acceptably clean, however a deep cleaning under beds and furniture, windows , drawers and cabinets etc should be done. Overall expectations were met and our stay required no intervention for maintenance or housekeeping issues.

My family and I came down for a weekend in Key West. Location was awesome! You were able to walk for anything you needed. The house is perfect location and for what we needed. The only complaints that we had was the air unit did not go below 71 degrees. It was hot to us since we are use to having a cold unit. We tried to use the fans but one was completely broken. The dryer does not dry on the first round. It took many many many times for our clothes to get dry and seem to still not dry them properly. It was not anything that put a damper on our vacation. We still had an awesome time!

On a girl's trip to Key West, we stayed at this property. The location was excellent. Duval is a block away. The grocery store is even closer. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. The property itself was fair. In the pictures, it looks like there are lots of windows, but the windows look into another part of the home and were covered by closed blinds that couldn't be opened . One of the windows in the guest room was broken, had been taped with duck tape but had a huge gap so you could hear all the noise outside, and it was noisy especially about 6 am. The furnishings were nice and the pool area was wonderful. Overall I'd give the property a B. If location is your top concern this is a great choice. If you're looking for a place you'll be at a lot, maybe not.

Great extended weekend in Key West. The Bahama House was in an excellent location which was within walking distances to great restaurants and places of interest. The place was pretty much as advertised. The pool area was a little small and was a little crowded with the number of guests enjoying the weekend. The outside areas could use a little cleaning/sprucing up. The parking was not an issue since there were only 2 cars for the house, but I could see it as an issue if a lot of guest traveled by car.
