We loved the view of the pool. It was the best part of the stay.

This complex has the best of all the amenities. Beach across 2 lanes of traffic, dedicated walkway to beach. The beach does have a short beachfront, not an issue for us. Love the bays side, fishing, pickle ball. Would be nice if the pool was heated. That would be the only drawback of staying here when the weather is not as warm.

Great condo, location and wonderful beach access

The property has been well maintained and updated. The beach needs to be restored to the width of areas to the east. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

It was a nice and relaxing stay it rained a lot but it was still Nice

The pool is great, but that’s about it. Location isn’t great! The beach across the street is a joke. We had to drive to enjoy the beach. Bathroom in master was disgusting with hair everywhere. The main bathroom shower wouldn’t drain. It just felt dingy everywhere but the kitchen. The supplies were few and far between.

It accommodated all of our needs

The description of the condo was just right. Everything with property including check-in, location and view was great. Easy access right across the beach and the pool was perfect with young children. We will stay again here very soon!

It was a great location and the ambiance was outstanding

There were nice amenities here, you could tell the place was a little dated but they had tried to remodel somewhat. There was a bit of a fruit fly problem, they kept appearing everywhere. The beach access was across the street, which was nice. The beach was only about 20 feet from the dunes so everyone was just lined up down the beach, making it difficult for anyone to have enough space. Overall, it was not a horrible stay, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

I love this property, the close beach access is very convenient and it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main touristy area. Just as a heads up for those (like me) that haven’t visited since pre covid the beach is disappearing in this area. My breath was taken away at the difference since the last time I stayed, I think they’re trying to fix it. The middle elevator is down so you will have to use one of the side ones Now to this particular condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the condo could use just a little tlc This is my first time renting from a agency such as vacasa and not directly booking w/ owner through VRBO. The condo was as listed, Having 2 bathrooms made life a lot easier. However a few observations, there was mildew on the private bathroom ceiling, the condo would benefit from a dehumidifier. The condo was filled with knats which we had to fight away from our food all week. The circle chair had to be covered with sheets due to the fact it looked dingy and the pillows had a odor & in turn my kids wouldn’t sit on it, chair could use a shampoo. The drapes had some hooks that had fell off, so to get the patio window shut all the way I had to climb up and reattach the hooks. The kitchen is nice and updated, has plenty of utensils, pots pans and dishes. The washer and dryer worked well and is always a plus. The view from patio is directly down to the pool and the front door you can see across to beach access.

Negatives: door on clothes washer was busted but, able to wash clothes just fine, with a little patience using the handle. Only one working elevator for the 9-story building. Fortinately, this unit is on the second floor. Hot tub closed down and not working. No TV in 2nd BR. Condo Trash chute was backed up all the way to the 2nd floor

Positives: plenty of shopping carts to help transport your luggage to and from the parkingvlot. Easy beach access directly across the street. Clean pool,, though it was very cold. Very clean unit, including full fridge. All working appliances. Showers both worked great, with plenty of hot water for four people. Towels and eating accessories were all clean and immediately usable. Large, open balcony with plenty of dance to watch the pool or just chill out with an adult beverage (can't really view the bay from the 2nd floor). Easy door access and great communication from Vacasa

We had a great time, but need both elevators working and need better kid control in the pool, maybe a adult only pool.

Cute place, love the pool and private beach access. Some of the condo amenities are a little dated, but overall nice place to stay.

We had a great vacation at the Surf & Racquet Club, The condo was very clean, the view was great, very well stocked, although a few extra blankets and pillows would have been good since it sleeps 6 but we managed just fine. Hurricane Sally had done a lot of damage to the entire area and was still work in progress, the boat pier was not finished although they were working on it and appeared to be close to being finished. Communication was just really great, they sent regular emails explaining what the next steps were, so I did not need to ask any questions. I would recommend staying here and we plan to return. Thank You

Has its own private beach access and close to the shops without the high end room prices

I really enjoyed the room and the views from the room. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean inside. I will be visiting again

Very pleased with my stay here with my husband and daughter this past weekend. The condo and the whole facility were very well kept. It is across the highway from the beach and has its own beach entrance. The balcony overlooks the pool area. The pool was very nice and also well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

The description on the listing said the condo is on the 7th floor. I loaded up all out stuff with two kids ( infant and years) searched everywhere for the room in the 7th floor to find out it's on the second floor. I do not like low floors so if I would have know that I would have NEVER rented this condo. Lights were out in the bathrooms. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling apart. The washer and dryer looked like it was falling apart so I never touched it. Couch is very uncomfortable

Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. Loved that they have their own beach access. Would definitely stay again.
