This house was amazing for our group! Well stocked Kitchen, heated pool, nice hot tub and most important very clean and welcoming! Will totally stay again in the future!

This house was great for a family get away with little kids - close access to parks and trails.

Overall, very clean and well maintained. There were a lot of cooking utensils and cookware, which was great. The bathrooms all had some soap and shampoo/conditioner, but the towels were really smelly. The TV in the living room has Chromecast, but no regular TV. They use antenna receiver and it only gets about 5 channels- no local news. None of the other TV's in the home have anything but a DVD player - nobody really uses DVD's now anymore. I'd recommend installing a ROKU device on each TV. The community pool says it was heated, but it was not even lukewarm - same for the hot tub. The kids were very disappointed at this. Other than this, the property was very nice, and a little better than some others in the area we've tried.

Two of the beds were not cleaned prior to stay. Pulled covers back and had crumbs and stains. Felt like I walked in someone’s house while they were away and stayed in there dirty bed.

Lovely large home for our sports team from the East Coast. Space for us all to spread out or gather for games and meals. Easy commute to our various activities, hiking and shopping. Would def stay here again!

property was ok - not very much charm but worst thing was lack of tv coverage - only 8 obscure channels were available on tv. Did have netflix but needed log-in info to use and prestay info did not mention this

Spacious , well stocked with everything! We stayed here while hiking at Zion and Bryce. Enough room for our big group. Highly reccomend.

Clean. Exactly as advertised. Great, growing location. Stayed there to visit Zion National Park and nice drive in! Used the grill several times, nice feature! I would stay again!

This is located in a very nice new that is very conveniently located for getting around the St George area. The house is new, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of room in the upper level if you have a larger family . We were very happy with our stay.

I love that all the rooms had a bathroom and I love the play room area for the kids. Very clean spacious house. I would definitely recommend this house for your next stay.

had a great time and enjoyed our stay

Great house and was set up perfect for our needs. We came for a softball tournament and were only here in the morning and evening and played foosball most of our time in the house so not sure if the TVs even work but I'm sure they do. There's a gas station and a convenience store a couple minutes away next to the freeway and in 10 minutes you be in St. George for shopping, dinning etc. The ice dispenser was inoperable and couldn't get the front door code to unlock upon arrival so used the garage as an entry. Neither of these warranted a call to the property manager, just wasn't a big deal to us, overall a great house and would definitely rent it again. Never had a need to communicate with the property manager but gave it a an excellent rating anyway since all the reviews I read said it was excellent for them.

We were looking for a comfortable place to house our family and a couple of friends for 6 days. This place met all our expectations and more! Everyone had their privacy but we were also comfortable making meals and eating together. The kitchen is fully stocked... we just had to make a couple of Costco and Walmart runs to stock the fridge and pantry. From the keyless entry to the check out process, we highly recommend this listing and property owners. Whenever we come to St. George, we will definitely book our stay with Great Escapes!

Was a perfect stay in a new neighborhood, clean and safe property. Fast reliable internet and plenty of ammenties to stay for a long weekend with cooking and play games. Apple TV was available for TV and a BBQ for hosting. Bigger than the pictures do portray with full bathrooms in every room. WANT TO COMEBACK ASAP espcially being so close to the lake and only an hour + away from Zion.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home we stayed at was nice. We had no information upon rental we would be surrounded by construction on both sides of the home. Our stay was over a weekend. We had loud construction noises on both sides of us starting at 7:00 on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Furthermore, there are no window coverings on the master bedroom bathroom shower. There was someone outside on a platform that could see right into our bathroom shower very clearly at 7:00 a.m., at 3:30 p.m. after we returned from a reservoir, at the next day at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. I have videos and photos of this. I was never able to use the master suite shower when I wanted to. VERY ANNOYING.

Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas. The house is big and accommodated all of us. It is lovely that all rooms have their own bathrooms and shower, it helped getting ready and out of house on time. The kitchen was well stuck with supplies, cookery and settings. The house is closed to shopping/grocery. Small distance drive to snow areas. The 4 days we stayed, we were able to do and go to places we want. We will want to come back for summer and try the community pool. Thank you again.

Nice clean house. We had a good stay but we would have not rented this house had we realized it had no cable. There was a high chair for the baby but no where for the baby to sleep, such as a pack and play. We also never received a code for the garage so we were unable to park any cars in it. There was only one extra trash bag for the kitchen garbage so we ran out during our several day stay.
