Mould in kitchen on ceiling Beds not too comfy and heavy duvets Housekeeping entered the property while we was in bed on last day un-announced

The Stay Company presented as a professional outfit. I have stayed with them before. Dalby House particularly is very good but the apartment i had on this occasion wasn't as good as previously. The ceilings were too low in the bedroom and toilet. The bed was too low, almost on the floor. Notwithstanding, the apartment was very clean and welcoming.

The low ceilings. Every time I stood up, head banged straight into the low ceilings. The bed was too low and difficult to get up from. There was also low ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet especially was set directly under the low ceiling. I want to make clear that the shortcomings appeared unique to the particular apartment I had. I didn't experience similar problems in previous Stay Company apartments I've stayed in.

Very welcoming reception with cereal boxes, milk in the fridge, tea bags etc. Spacious lounge / kitchen. Peaceful location.

Hygiene sheet / Long broom / Jacket peg rack missing. Corner lamp in lounge not working. Single room rather cramped.

This property is nothing like as shown on Booking.com. It is dirty and unkept, the bins are all overflowing, electrical cabinets outside do not have the covers on so there are cables hanging and exposed. This property is extremely misleading and I would not book it. Avoid at all costs.

Clean tidy great apartment

Spacious. Kitchen fully equipped. Has washing machine and dryer

The location was very quiet and such an easy run to major roads. The Decor and general atmosphere of the apartment was more like home than a sterile hotel. Value for money and then some. I make this trip a few times a year and I will now only ever stay here.

minor thing but an ironing board would have helped but really that is so minor.

It was good to find milk and cereals left for me as because of rain and traffic conditions I hadn't been able to get to a shop.

I stayed on two consecutive weekends. The second week I had to use the cafe key to get the key, It was very bright sunshine and it was extremely difficult to get the key. Also on checking out the box would not open so I posted the key through the letter box of the apartment I stayed in.

Hot water was an issue. There is hot water available but it is on a very small cylinder heater so you dont get much before it needs to reheat

Clean, tidy, comfy beds, bath and shower, tea, coffee, biscuits and even milk in the fridge! Better than expected.

Nothing serious but being picky it Could do with a bit of decoration in places, and bulbs replaced in kitchen as some not working.

Excellent apartment with the benefit of on site parking, good kitchen.

Location is a little out of the way, not unpleasent but very residential with few facilities in walking distance

Good quality, simple design with most things one needs. Parking easy as was access.

Blinds were very dusty (a shame as they were very nice). Would really like a coffee machine.

There was a miscommunication about bed configuration (not the hosts fault) but the host was lovely to deal with and quickly provided a suitable solution. Liked the little breakfast packs (although we didn't use them) & had good small selection of coffee & tea.

The bedroom we stayed in was small and cramped - we hung what we could in the small wardrobe but no where to put the rest of our clothes & nowhere to put suitcase except in the lounge. Our 2 boys slept in the bigger room but as we had to fit a portable single bed in there as well it made that room very cramped too. The bathroom needs work - obvious water damage (mould) around skirting from shower water.

great location, clean, Wi-Fi was great. size of the apartment was perfect.

the main shower needs fixing and perhaps supply a cafeteria or a proper coffee maker.

Nothing! For the price of our stay it had everything we needed and more! With parking on the premises for one car and plenty of on street parking, In a great location near to everything needed including a Sainsbury's and lots of other shops only round the corner!

location was perfect for our stay, never more than 10 minutes from any place we wanted to be! plenty parking and good secure entry! lovely welcome pack and card on arrival also!

the doors inside are heavy and loud, toilet door kept knocking off the inside cupboard door.

superb flat, very spacious. kitchen had everything you would need, dining area good, settee really comfortable- home from home! welcome pack was a pleasant surprise. bathroom/shower good and on a cold night so was the heating. location is good, a short and cheap taxi ride to city centre. car parking fine.

This is our 2nd stay at Dalby House it is exceptional building clean and excellent location
