My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. We were very impressed with how updated it was, the spaciousness of the living area and well supplied kitchen. We lacked nothing. Having a garage to keep our car in was a plus since it snowed! We would definitely stay here again!

Brought family to Bozeman to visit our daughter attending MSU. This property is nicely decorated, comfortably furnished and well stocked. It was a great gathering place for us to relax, visit and enjoy dinners together. Perfectly located, just blocks from downtown. Highly recommend this property.

Right downtown in Bozeman, steps to a French bakery and walking distance to main st. Conveniently stocked, clean, simple and modern. Very nice and comfortable.

This was a very easy place to relax and close enough to the Main Street in Bozeman and to the park with trails. This place was amazing and very cozy and comfortable with not a single thing lacking. I’d 1,000% stay again and definitely do instead of hotels in Bozeman.

Enjoyed a pleasant week away from the Texas heat in this fantastic spot in Bozeman. The home was fantastic and the location was second to none. We will be back!

Location was fantastic blocks from the main street in Bozeman. Open floor plan very comfortable and a bonus having a garage. Everything from check in and check out was easy with easy explanations on using Wi-Fi and television. Will definitely try and stay again on our next trip to Bozeman.

This was a wonderful property and location. It's beautiful and exactly as described. Jay was easy to communicate with and let a company come in early to deliver baby products for us. We had our 2.5 year old and our <1 year old with us so making a pack play available for us was also super helpful. The property is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. We were able to walk to main street which was so convenient. Even though it's so close to do much, it's still very quite and relaxed.

Perfect for our family of three. Easy walk to town and close to large park which is great for a morning walk or run with beautiful views.

We loved our stay in the Modern Downtown Getaway! Jay had everything ready and even allowed us to check in early. We walked to restaurants and shops downtown (favs are Blackbird Kitchen, Cafe Fresco, HeyDay, Nova Cafe, The Country Bookseller, and Co-Op!!) at least 3-4 times a day. The Bozeman Library is a wonderful landing place to explore and a super jumping off point for exploring Peet's Hill. Hyalite Canyon is a short drive with much to explore. Bozeman had a hot streak of weather while we were there, and the AC in this rental property was very refreshing. Can we talk about comfort? I almost didn't book this property because the sofa in the picture looked a bit "unkempt" and I was worried this would be a tired property - NOT SO at all! This property felt brand new, and that sofa? It was a sublime place to take a nap! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It met all of our needs and was completely private. Directions and parking were a breeze, and the host's children even left us a welcome note and pictures with chalk on the driveway. I was sure to use the chalk they left out to leave them a response. Thank you, Jay and family! Stop searching now, book this property - you will love it!

The online listing sums this spot perfectly: everything you need and nothing you don't. Super clean place with smart, practical design touches at every turn. Bathroom had ample hooks and rods for towels with shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower. Comfortable beds, large kitchen table, and in-unit laundry. Got to meet the host a couple times. Super friendly and very communicative leading up to stay. This is all great, but the location really seals the deal. We walked to all our meals downtown in under 15 minutes, and some as little as 6 minutes. All this for a really reasonable price. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Bozeman, and especially for a family of 4.

My spouse, son & I were in Bozeman for a wedding & very much enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is in a great location with central Bozeman restaurants/shops within walking distance. Although the dryer in the unit had been broken by a previous tenant, the owners were very accommodating & provided other options for us. Definitely recommend!

Everything about the rental was perfect! The location was great, we walked downtown both nights. The rental was spotless and had all the amenities you could hope to want for and more. Jay did an outstanding job preparing for guests. We will definitely stay there again!

This was a wonderful stay. The place is very well designed and decorated, incredibly maintained, and perfectly situated. We could walk everywhere, including Main Street and the farmer’s market. There’s also convenient access to the Galligator trail for those who want to stretch their legs. The AC was also delightful on a couple of warm days. Splendid place to stay, excellent communication with the owner, and I can’t say enough good things about it.

Very clean, very comfortable, and just minutes away from main street. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and huge TV. We could walk to shopping and restaurants. Host was very accommodating and even let us borrow an air bed! Highly recommend!

If you want a great place to stay near downtown Bozeman, this is the place to stay! It’s just a few blocks from Main Street and a very easy walk. Close to parks, great restaurants , cute shops. Jay was so accommodating and super nice. The house was so comfortable, clean and well stocked as far as the kitchen and bathroom supplies. We were in Bozeman for a family wedding and I didn’t have time to iron everything before I left. I didn’t find an iron in the unit so I messaged Jay and he had one at the door immediately. Super place, super service!

Loved this place! Bright, modern and very comfy. Communication with the host was great. We did have a little trouble finding the place because my app didn’t completely load when we got there and I couldn’t read the description about the property access being located in the alley behind. There is a sign on the house where you‘d expect the address to be, but it’s small and we didn’t see it until later. Other than that everything was wonderful. The place is beautifully decorated, has all the amenities we needed and the beds are very comfortable. It’s located just blocks from Main St and Peets Hill. Would have loved to stay longer and hope to be back.

We had a wonderful time in Bozeman and at Jay's property. It was clean, modern and just like the photos. The location is fabulous! We really loved our stay! The property had a garage which was great for privacy. The location was very private. The condo was newly renovated….bright and shiny. The had toiletries which was nice because I forgot my shampoo. We didn’t cook but I noticed they had all kinds of spices. They had roku tv with a nice sound bar. We were able to listen to our Spotify which was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Jay’s apartment. There’s plenty of privacy and all the amenities you need. It’s in a fantastic location too. The sheets and towels were high quality and the beds were super comfortable. The living space is open and all rooms have great light. I highly recommend this place

This spot was everything we hoped for! An easy walk (only a few blocks) to downtown. Close to Peets Hill and the trail system. A lovely gathering space for our family. Beautiful, well equipped kitchen. We had a wonderful weekend in Bozeman celebrating an MSU graduation and staying here enhanced it all. Thank you!
