I've stayed at a few dozen VRBO/VACASA rentals over the years and this was by far the least stocked of all of them and just had several very cheap fixes instead of repairs/replacements. I will start with the good - the BBQ on the deck was wonderful! new, nice, heated up quickly. The house was very clean. It's just little touches that can make a huge difference. The towel bar in the bathroom was excessively bent and just had towels hanging on it so we couldn't see it. Odd seams in the kitchen floor that we all tripped on regularly. The only spice was very old salt and pepper. No paper coffee filters but an after-market filter placed in the coffee machine that was too small so every pot had lots of grounds in it. Kitchen stove is old and probably heats up to half capacity so everything took twice as long, or more, to cook. Not any saucepans or skillet. Lastly - there was ONE dishtowel. Just ONE. We had to wash and dry it every day. It would not cost much at all to fix most of these things.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. It was a lovely, clean space with comfy beds, a quiet neighborhood, and easy beach access. Huge plus that it was dog friendly!

Needed a last minute spot on the coast and we stumbled upon this gem! Super clean, cool house and great location. Thank you!

Clean and ready to go. Nice little place with most everything you need. There were however a number of things that were a bit odd. For one, the television screen is on the second floor 15 feet above the main level and there’s absolutely no way you could watch the TV from the main living area! There were no instructions on how to operate the TVs in any room, the barbecue was rusted beyond use., There was moulding that was not attached so it created a tripping hazard, the furniture on the first floor was subpar. We’re not sure if it was a bed or couch. The Pellet stove did not operate, etc. I’m not one to post or complain, but there were just too many things that seemed out of place and could’ve been easily improved upon.

We really enjoyed the stay at the property, and it was a great experience. The only negative was that master bedroom sheets had not be changed out. A few clumps of black hairs were discovered the next morning after sleeping in the bed. We rewashed the sheets. Besides that, everything was great!!!

My family and I enjoyed the home. We all each had our own space. Which we all enjoyed and needed. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It’s a private community so there was not too much people on the beach. The walk to the beach is practically a skip and a hop away. It’s was pretty easy getting there. But, you we’ll get a good work out going up the little sand hill back to the home. The home had everything we needed to enjoy a few home cooked meals. The beds were all comfy and the house was neat and clean. I’d suggest new living room seating. The ones there had questionable stains here and there? Other than that I’d stay at this place again.

Uncomfortable furniture and beds..Lacking in kitchen supplies: no blender, no spatula, poor corkscrew and can opener.

The power was out fro when we got there through the entire next day. I think we should get some f out money back or credit
