It was great being on a private street. I was able to walk our dog with no issues. As we had two different couples come different weeks the separate living downstairs was wonderful! The home was well stocked and we enjoyed it very much! The location was exceptional. A true Santa Barbara experience thank u! John and Sharon Shearman

We stayed here for one month as a long vacation first time in Santa Barbara. The house literally provides everything we need! It was very clean and organized. The interior design was furnished with beautiful mordern Spanish style, consistent in colors and designs. The kitchen was my favorite area! Modern designed with full access to varieties of utensils, equipments, and seasoning(more than what we have in our own home!)Believe me, you really can find anything you need! Most importantly, it has a adorable ocean and city view, which makes cooking and eating a really pleasure. Maintenance people came every week checking the spa and gardening. The mangement team was helpful and responsive anytime when you need them. The entire experience was out of our expectation. I want to say tons of thanks to the management team. We had a super satisfied and unforgettable memory here. It was hard to say goodbye when we leaving. We definitly hope be back again next time when visiting.
