Did not want to leave! Property is just as presented in the listing. Everything works, house was very clean and very organized. Asked to stay longer but there were already bookings. Will visit again!

We loved this cute little home close to the beach! It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. The host Stephen has a wonderful home and was a text or call away if we needed him (which we didn’t which is great!). We will definitely stay here or at one of his other properties again if we make it back to Mississippi!

We had such a great time during our stay in Long Beach. There were shopping and restaurants within walking distance and the beach was just a few blocks away. Would love to stay there again!

This house was so comfortable that we felt like we were at home. It's blocks from the beach & much more laid back than in Biloxi but close enough to drive there & back without feeling like you're on another road trip. This home was beautifully decorated but still animal friendly. Any questions we had were answered right away and they even took time to check on our stay. Everything was amazing and my family can't wait for our second visit.

It was great to get away from the cold north during three weeks of February to a warmer weather location with all the comforts and conveniences of home. My wife and I both worked remotely while we stayed and the internet worked just fine for our tele-meetings. There is no dedicated desk or work space away from the living room/kitchen area but we managed since it was just the two of us. The house is in a friendly neighborhood where we met a few people. There was also a Mardi Gras parade that went up a nearby street on a Saturday evening which was an absolute treat! We really enjoyed our stay.

Alright, I’ll admit that I’m very ocd about cleanliness. So it takes a lot for me to give a property five stars. But if you’re heading to the gulf this home is central to everything and very easy to get to. Having a fully fenced yard made bring the dog supper easy. And it really is a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. host answered any and all questions via text within 5 minutes. Was a really great experience a great place to stay for a couple or small family.

This is a great little house! Very comfortable, very easy to live in, and somehow feels like home as soon as you walk in! Beds are COMFORTABLE, pillows are excellent and the air conditioner works GREAT (a must for the hot humid South). Shower in the master is worth the trip. Seriously, just come stay for a few nights for the shower! Great location, but honestly the house is set up to relax and enjoy the getaway, even if you don’t explore Long Beach (but you should!). The covered side porch and it’s giant fan are perfect for morning coffee or outdoor meals, and the big fenced back yard means that the kiddos are confined safely. Peace of mind! We loved the back porch and firepit. Cafe lights are the perfect touch for evening. I can’t wait to stay again. We used the whole house - including the kitchen and laundry room, and everything worked well. Best of all…the host is amazing. He checked on us and was very helpful. Seriously the best there is. BOOK THIS RENTAL!

Very nice property with a beach vibe. You feel immediately at home with this rental. Central location allows for day trips to New Orleans, Mobile, Gulf Shores, and Biloxi/Ocean Springs although there is plenty of activities to enjoy in Long Beach/ Gulfport as well. Property owners are attentive without being overbearing and were quick to respond when contacted. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

We absolutely LOVED staying at this property. Stephen had great communication, and checked in often. My husband and I felt so comfortable as well as our kids (9,4, & 1) We loved the beds, spa shower, kitchen, back yard and location. We are already planning our next trip and it will be at this location!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed nice walks to the beach and downtown for shops and restaurants. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Our host thoughtfully checked in to see how things were going. The best features were the shower, backyard fire pit, coffee bar and comfy beds.

The customer service was excellent and the property very comfortable. We loved the shower and coffee bar and the fenced in back yard was huge and perfect for our fury travel companions,. The location was ideal, far enough away from the train tracks that we couldn’t hear the trains at night and close enough to the beach and restaurants to easily walk everywhere. The host was helpful with suggestions and TV guidance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as advertised. Location was perfect. House was clean, and amenities on point. The host graciously allowed my 3 large dogs, which he doesn’t normally do, but my mother was hospitalized and dying as I was booking his place. My usual dog sitter had Covid, so I had to travel from FL to MS with my pups. He was so understanding and sweet to make an exception. This house and location was so perfect I actually asked him if he was interested in selling it to me (he said no, lol). If I could give 10 star rating, I would! Highly recommend and I will be staying there again when I can.

We enjoyed our stay here. The area is quiet and quaint and we had perfect weather for our late November trip. We didn’t have a lot of time but enjoyed visiting a few restaurants in Pass Christian and Bay Saint Louis. Would love to come back again. Thanks for your hospitality!

One of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed at. Stephen was very helpful in pointing us in the direction of some great local spots. He was quick to reply to text messages as well. We stayed here on our family vacation. The home was clean and comfortable. But it also had great extra touches that made it perfect. We enjoyed the backyard space and the outdoor covered space for game night. It is close to the beach and short stroll gets you to the heart of downtown eateries and shops.

We rented this adorable house in Long Beach in order to spend some time together with my 2 adult children because of its location between where they both live and work. We took my 92 year old dad down to see them both for the first time since the pandemic hit. We were instantly comfortable and every need was attended to. The kitchen is well appointed, but not cluttered. The yard was large, grassy, and private and our little dog loved it. Don't miss the very nice inviting firepit area with cute string lights around it. Of course, the walk-in master shower is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy couple of blocks walk off the beach. Hosts were accommodating and wonderful to work with, from booking through checkout. Super easy, care-free trip all the way around!!

I wanted to get away just my husband and our 4 kids for the weekend. This place was perfect! The property owner was quick to answer any questions we had and the whole process from start to finish was so easy. The propery had all the comforts of home and we were within 3 blocks from the beach. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked well and we loved having access to a washing machine and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The public beach was great for relaxing and in the evening we were able to come back to the house and have family dinners just like we were at home. One of our favorite parts of the house was the little outside patio, we ate out there often and was able to have quiet coffee time in the mornings before the kids woke up. There is a grocery store two miles away and multiple seafood restaurants as well. We loved the experience and made time to go to Margaritiville to play at the escape arcade and then we went to The Yard shake shop. It went by too fast but we loved it all.
