Loved the pool, the spacious house and close beach.

House was well stocked,clean and near the beach. We really enjoyed our time!

Easy access to beach. Many comfortable places to hang out at the house like at the pool while relaxing or outdoor decks while watching the sunrise.

Well appointed, clean, spacious home. Although it rained the whole time we were there it was a perfect get away to unwind, relax and renew. Will highly recommend.

We came to St George Island to celebrate our 24th anniversary. This home is so comfortable!! We loved that we could bring our little fur baby along. The balconies and the views were amazing! Long walk on the beach made our day! Beds are so comfy and the kitchen is so well stocked! Having a washer and dryer was nice! The local team was so welcoming and wonderful to work with! Can’t say enough good things about this home, the staff and the community! Will be back!!

Kitchen supplies could use an update and cull. Too many glasses and dishware, (2wine glasses)there is no place to pantry your things. Toilets need to be replaced with comfort ht. Stair rails are one visit away from pulling off the wall. This above is not to say we did not enjoy the home, we did. Just want folks to be know conditions.

Half of our week we had rain, so we were very appreciative to have this beautiful home and swimming pool. The covered double decks were a great place to view the Gulf and sunrise and sunset, and they overlooked the pool. The pool was nice size and professionally cleaned. The home was well stocked including hand soap, bar soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap and linens. Plenty of kitchen pans and dishes. When we arrived, the code we had did not open the door. We called Vacasa and the issue was resolved.

We were very comfortable in this home that provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay on St. George Island. The house is open and sunny and welcoming. It was convenient to everything on the island. The walk to the beach was easy, the walking/biking path convenient-we rented bikes and a paddle board and had fun exploring land and sea. We found the people living or vacationing on the island among the most friendly that we have experienced on vacation. We definitely would love to return some day!

The location of the house is perfect! Super easy stroll to the beach. Everything was spotless when we arrived and everything worked! Beds were super comfy! Absolutely no complaints!!!

We had a great time, I called for help with the remote that was marked wrong, but I figured it out. They never came or called, so it was a good thing I did. Don't like to complain but was sand on the floor and the fans haven't been cleaned in months. A few roaches that my wife didn't like, other than this, all was good. We liked the house, roomy and spacious, but not good for a guy who has had a stroke (the stairs were killer). WE love the island and will come back; this is our 16th time in 20 years. No family next time.

Do yourself a favor and book this house now. The listing doesn't do it justice! You are about 3 minutes away from the beach. It was never crowded. The pool was great and what my kids loved most about the vacation. The house was clean. The beds were VERY comfortable! We want to go back, so hopefully this place doesn't get as popular as it should be!

We were only here 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The house was great, and it was perfect beach weather. The pool was clean, only 1 thing, we had a code but there was not a combi lock on the pool gate, not a problem but just so you know!

The location, pool and access to beach and town were convenient and made the vacation very relaxing.

This property was a great stay for us. Rooms were clean, everything worked, and the pool was a nice perk. The walk to the beach is pretty short, so no worries there. You can also see the beach from the upper balcony, so it was a great place to hang out at night and watch distant storms over the waves.

The house was very clean and nice. We had everything we needed in the home! However, we were no pleased with the way Vacasa handled a situation. The pool was advertised as a heated pool. We have a picture to prove it. We called a few days before, the customer service rep confirmed that she saw it advertised as heated, but said it would not let her request to have it heated. After investigating, she told us that it was wrong on the listing, and that the pool couldn’t be heated. We were very disappointed. We paid more for this rental compared to other rentals on the island so we could have a heated pool. If the listing had been correct, we could have saved thousands by booking a cheaper house with a pool. This was our “splurge.” My husband called to complain and ask for money back- no one ever returned his call. I called to say no one had returned our call and the rep said “The listing does not say heated pool, do you have proof?” I was so offended! But, yes we do have proof. All of this happened within days of coming to the house. Upon arriving Sunday night, the pool was filthy. It took us 2 hours of scooping to get it cleaned up. We called Vacasa on Sunday evening and they had someone come out on Tuesday, but by that time we had already done the cleaning. Overall, the house is lovely- but you can save so much money by renting another house. We will not be returning due to this situation and we would still like a refund for the false advertising.

The location was great, but that was just about the only positive we have. Upon notifying of the condition of the home, they did try to send someone out, but not without calling first as requested. We were at the beach and unable to let them inside at the time. The house was filthy: -dirty dish drying mat -dead bird and food on porch -sticky, dirty floors -empty water bottles and spilled soda stains in bedroom -used tissues stuffed in a lamp We were also told we could heat the pool if requested within 24 hours. After 36 hours of trying to get an answer from Vacasa, and waiting on hold for 20+ minutes each time, we were told they no longer heated the pool. We wouldn’t have chosen this home this time of year without a heated pool. We have stayed at multiple homes and this by far was the worst experience. We wouldn’t recommend it.

Great location a short walk from the beautiful beach. The living accommodation is on the top floor and a very comfortable open plan layout. Excellent pots, pans, dishes and glasses provided - if you like cooking, this is a great kitchen to do so (although no herbs, salt, pepper or oil are provided - we managed a full turkey and trimmings), with a large dining room table with 8 chairs (but enough room for 10). The deck on the same level is great for cooling off in the evening and again, has very comfortable furniture. The bedrooms are on the first level and all have comfortable beds - everyone slept extremely well. Overall, as a family of six, we all felt very well rested at the end of our week-long stay. Highly recommended. (Only comment for dog owners, is that there is no outside stairway - which means a thorough wash (hose provided) and towel dry is needed before taking them up the inside stairway and putting them out on the deck to dry off. Apart from that, it is great for furry friends.)

We loved our stay. We had zero issues with the house. The only thing that would have been nice is an umbrella for the pool as there was no shade but other than that it was amazing! We spent most of our time at the beach anyway which was a very short walk. Definitely would stay there again!
