Was in town for a wedding. Was centrally located to everything not to far away from downtown either. It was a nice situated condo right on beach. The owners were very friendly and very helpful. Was older and needs some updating but worked very well for our stay and what we needed.

Although this condo and property is ideally located right by the beach, the unit needs a lot of attention. Washer/ dryer needs repair. King bed and pillows very stiff. Couch has no back support. Kitchen chairs sag. Toilet runs on. Living room light fixtures are sketchy. Our beach access code was incorrect and we got locked out onto the beach. Had to climb over the gate! Patio door lock mechanism came apart. Exterior key pad is not illuminated and difficult to see at. All the bath towels stink. We were expected to take out our own trash to the dumpster and start laundry before we left, even though we paid cleaning fee. Overall, this gated community appeared well cared for and clean.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice & quiet. Easy 1st floor access to condo. Clean unit, comfortable furniture & lovely new kitchen. Only issue was other couple renting with us got locked out of returning from beach even with beach access code. Not sure what happened there. We just ran out & let them back on premises

The property is as advertised, nice two bedroom on the beach with view of dunes not the beach. Check in was easy, place was quiet and peaceful. Just what I was looking for. David the host was on point with check in and any questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

So close to the beach. Super secure and safe. Amazing owners very responsive and courteous. Highly recommended. We will most definitely stay at this unit again in the future.

We had a great time in St Augustine and enjoyed the condo very much! 50 steps to the walkway that is then just a few more for full ocean views. When sitting on the patio you could hear the ocean! Great contact with owners - we had an issue the main water line broke (nothing the owner could prevent) Owner was immediately answered when I let him know that there was no water and was very quick to find out it the main. All was fixed within about 1.5 hours with great contact

It was a nice stay. Right next to the beach. Host checked with us several times to see if we needed anything very friendly. Could use some better mattresses especially on the pull out couch but overall nice place

This is our second time staying in this room! The first time we went with our cousin, and this time it was me, my husband, and our 3 children (ages 13, 7, &5). We absolutely love everything about the location of the room and the amenities at the resort! My husband loved not having to carry all of the millions of beach toys, wagon, umbrella, cooler, chairs, and boogie boards up stairs or an elevator. Just you have to walk it off the ramp right to your balcony! It was awesome! The room had a Keurig coffee maker, and we all know that Moms need coffee to function! We were able to cook dinner in the room and grill out while the kids played tennis. We made many trips to the multiple hot tubs and checked our both pools! Everyone in our family had a blast and everything about our trip was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to stay in the best condo at the resort! We will definitely be back soon and will recommend this condo to all of our friends and family!

Location was perfect. Easy walk to beach. Short Drive to downtown. Pools were nice. There was beach gear in room so we didn’t need to bring anything from home. I was told there wouldn’t be so perhaps it was left from previous renters.Regardless- good to have if needed. Communication with owner was great! Easy parking. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and had everything we needed. Loved that it had beach chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Location was great. The Night of Lights was beautiful in downtown St Augustine. We brought a topper for the master bed after reading reviews about the firmness and it was perfect. The condo is a great value for the money.

We stay in Sanibel same price with up dated furnishings,and lean and a ocean view.i was very dispointed.

Great place for vacation with small kids. The unit is conveniently located on the ground level facing dunes. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had to contact the landlord because something was not working. He responded immediately and came to fix it shortly. When I'm back to St. Augustine, I will try to book his property again.

Great place to stay. Close walk to the beach.

Pros-location was great, ground floor unit next to beach boardwalk, condo was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, space was nice, easy and close access to stores and attractions. Cons-hard to get parking spot near unit due to beach goers in condo complex parking near boardwalk for easy access to beach, that is about the only negative.

Our family of 5 2 adults 3 kids ages 5,5 and 3 and my mother in law. All enjoyed our trip here. It’s literally steps from the beach and the condo is perfectly located minutes from the old city attractions as well as the local restaurants and shops. There were games and movies for the family. As well as everyday essentials as if we were at our own home. The literal only issue if you want to call it that) is the king size bed in the master bedroom. It’s a concrete slab of a bed. No give at all. No comfort. Even with this though our stay was great! I want to add that communication with the owner was clear and respectful. We will definitely be back! ❤️Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

We were in town for our son's college graduation from Flagler College. It was a very special time for us coming in from Missouri. The property exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Great location on the beach; 1st floor unit close to walkway to beach; well stocked, and plenty room for 2-4 people; very nice complex with pools, hot tubs and tennis/pickle ball courts; unit need to be updated a bit and cleaned more deeply before new guests arrive (tile floor needs to be scrubbed, bathrooms dirty, and under beds/couches were dirty/dusty. Overall: Good, but could be great.

The property was very nice . I think it was perfect for our visit . We had 2 other family groups staying in other units but ours was the best😁!! We met the owner & had a nice chat with him. When we go again we will look for his place first!

We were in town for a concert. Great location! Right next to beach. Close drive to historic St Augustine. Plenty of activities for families to do.

I loved that it was steps to the beach even though no ocean view. I didn't like that the place was not as clean as it could have been and the water was turned off the morning we were checking out, so no one could shower.

Location is wonderful, right on the beach. The unit did not have any local literature or a guest book. I look for recommendations from the owners and past renters to see what is the must do things in the area. Talked with other owners while lounging at the pool and they stated they provide free Hop on Hop off and other amenities that this unit did not provide. The location, local food, and the pool was wonderful. Would rent from the property maybe not through VRBO as it appears you don't get the same perks as directly renting

The complex is older and it is well maintained and felt safe and quiet. Parking was easy. The pools were nice. It is near to shops and restaurants. The condo is an end unit on the ground floor with no ocean views but instead a lawn area and sand dunes. It is steps away from the walkway that takes you to the beach. Although advertised for up to 6 (with sleep sofa) I think that would feel crowded. The furniture was reasonable (but only 4 soft seats in living room) but a couple of pieces should be replaced/removed. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware and cutlery but needs additional plates and glasses. The bedrooms are a good size, the updated bathrooms are small. The king master bed is very firm; the second room queen is softer (so my teen slept well, even if we didn't!). The standard of cleaning was fine in the highly used areas...think fridge, countertops, sinks etc. But the unit could benefit from a deep clean of the floor tiles and some maintenance in other areas (paint touchup etc.) The unit manager was easily and quickly available by text for questions. We were able to get the lights working! Overall, we felt the condo offered good value compared to a hotel and gave us more space to spread out for our family of three. We enjoyed our stay and the area
