The house and grounds are beautiful which made it seem a bit out of place in the neighborhood—not bad, just not as nice as this home. It was easy to check in/out, and the hostess communicated quickly. There were a lot of rules to abide by—but nothing too surprising or difficult to follow. I would definitely stay here again!

We looked at everything available before choosing this home. What a great find! It's a cozy home with many shaded places to sit outside and enjoy great weather. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The home is beautifully decorated, which makes it feel more like a home than a rental. The owner was super helpful and did everything possible to ensure we had a great stay.

We came to San Angelo, so my husband could reunite with some of his Angelo State buddies.
It is a charming Victorian home with a beautiful courtyard and in a perfect location, close to the river and downtown. There was a break from the July heat, so we greatly enjoyed sitting outside under the canopy of trees.
Liz was so hospitable, and communication with her was easy. She always responded quickly to questions regarding our stay.

This property is a gem! The house is adorable and it’s beautifully decorated ~ the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s comfortable, spotless, and is centrally located to easily get wherever you need to go! We highly recommend and would be delighted to stay here again. The beds are so comfortable ~ we’re ordering one!! Wonderful communication with the owner, a fabulous property, and we’d give it a million stars if possible!

Liz thought of every detail and comfort one could need while staying in her quaint, charming home. The beds are extremely comfortable, the towels are plush, and the home is clean and quiet. The outside cats were a big hit for our toddlers and yet another sign of how she cares for all aspects of the property. We plan to stay here for all our visits to the area.

I am absolutely in love with this home. I have had the privilege to stay here a couple of times with family and friends. I have been able to make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime here. My son is in San Angelo playing baseball at college and that is how I stumbled across this magnificent home. I have stayed many weekends from out of town to watch him play. I never have to worry about what the home will look like or how the renter will be. I have never had as wonderful of an experience with renting a VRBO as I have with Liz. I would highly recommend this Home Away From Home to anyone staying in the San Angelo area.

What a great stay! Quaint little house and perfect San Angelo get a way! Everything was very comfortable and clean. The weather was great, so was able to enjoy sitting outside in the courtyard areas as well. Great location close to everything. Liz was very helpful and responsive. To say that this is my favorite home we've stayed in is an understatement. This home is comfortable and impeccably designed. Additionally, the outdoor space provides shade in several different areas to allow you to spend time outside even though it's hot.

No photographer could capture how stunning this house is... and the surrounding grounds are equally gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot... off street gated parking for our too big truck... we could not have found a more perfect place. We loved it! I wish I'd have taken more photos but we were too busy enjoying ourselves.

My husband and I throughly loved staying in this charming Victorian that truly felt like a home away from home. This beautiful house is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by lush, tall trees full of songbirds. Sitting outside became a relaxing retreat whether on the back porch or on the front porch swing. My husband, a germaphobe, was thrilled to discover how super clean this house was. Old friends came by for a visit and marveled at the beauty and charm of this house. We loved staying in this beautiful and relaxing house. Liz, was a most gracious and accommodating host who helped create the perfect visit. We look forward to returning to this hidden treasure next to the Concho River!

Best place we’ve stayed in
This was hands down by far the best place we have ever stayed. The house was clean and so nice. There was real soap and shampoo in the shower and not hotel or cheap stuff If you forgot something at home, I’m sure Liz had it there for you.
Communication with Liz was excellent and she and Juli were available for any questions we had. We look forward to coming back and staying at Liz’s place again.

5 STAR STAY during Stock Show
What a difference this year was from our stay last year during the "Snopocalypse"! This was our second year coming to San Angelo for their stock show, and second years staying in the same house for 6 days. It is our 'home away from home' FOR SURE!! We couldn't ask for an easier check-in, cleaner home (that is completely stocked with anything you might forget), comfortable beds, GREAT private parking, and such a lovely view!! I don't think I even looked at the city much last year, probably because it was covered in snow and ice, but it has so much beauty and attractions to offer. This house is in the center of it all! We WILL forever be back!!! Thank you Liz!!!! <3
