Handy for where we were staying. Very clean.

Very sparsely and cheaply furnished. No mirror in one of bedrooms. Just 1 towel each. Small rusty table on patio. Lift not working.

The complex is nice but very neglected

Delayed 2 hours in having the room ready for check in, not very clean, old furniture and beds made loud noise, pool was filthy so we had to find another place to enjoy swimming. Place is in need of some serious attention and cleaning. Not worth it...

was a tad disappointed there was no wifi and when I asked the host I didnt recieve a reply, However, this did not spoil the fact that the apartment had a lovely location and suited my needs perfectly. The weather was to cold to enjoy the pool but I would recommend this appt for a summer holiday as the pool looked very inviting. withing walking distance of a small shopping area with lovely bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Id hire a bike or a car for this l;ocation if you want to get out and about. host was very helpful for every other query that I had.

It was well located. The apartment has everything one would need. The pool area is great.

The biggest problem was the beds. They were terribly uncomfortable. The double bed did not comfortably sleep 2 people and it would make terrible scraping and squeaking sounds. The sleeper couches were even worse.

The hotel itself is excellent. if you close in it and don't go anywhere, then you will most likely enjoy the rest. everything you need and even more is present in the apartments. Good pool

Bad location. Nearest food market 18 minutes walking. Far from city center, from beach. Kiti is also a bad, empty and don’t interesting city I was personally very annoyed by the attitude of the owner of the hotel to the guest. On the one hand, it is certainly great that the hotel takes care of you in advance and sends you whole "tomes" of information with answers to all possible occasions. But on the other hand, when I specifically asked the owner 3 times for help, instead of a short answer I was given the answer "look for answers in the letters that we sent you by mail." Thank you, of course, but I came to rest, and not to read huge chunks of text in order to find there the answer to my short question. And they really send a lot of very information, I'm not exaggerating. In this aspect, I think it would be possible to change your policy to a more benevolent one. Is it really such a colossal work to duplicate for a tourist an excerpt from this text, which you yourself wrote?

Nothing to like very far from the city, nobody can be contacted for any enquiry, no gym, so many ants inside the apartment, mosquitoes also

Great value for the price. The apartment was clean, spacious, simple but tasteful, with excellent wifi and air conditioning. The pool is superb, they clean it every morning.
