The location was great! We were there to visit family in Fujinomiya and to climb Mt Fuji and other sightseeing in the area and you can’t ask for a better location at a great price. Breakfast was also great

We reserved through a third party site over two months in advance and when we got there we were given rooms on the smoking floor, we specifically asked for non smoking and they mentioned that they knew that and they knew they would be able to accommodate but never messaged us about it. They offered to split us up so half would be on a non smoking floor but that did not work. Other than that they refused to do anything else, even just paying the cost of air fresheners. We were there a few nights with our kids so it was very disappointing and unlikely we would stay again the next time we visit family which is unfortunate due to the location

The elderly man tending the parking lot was very sweet and kind. Check in/check out was super easy.

The location is bad. Not central to Fujinomiya. The parking next to the actual hotel only has few spots so was filled and we had to drive for another 5 minutes then walk with our things from the car park to the hotel (about 5 minutes) which was quite stressful in the summer heat. The parking lot has no security or cameras etc so if you come by car don't leave important items in it overnight.

Staff were lovely, rooms were nice and clean! Free parking is a plus!

Very good price, clean building. Plus I could see mt. Fuji from my room.

The room and bathroom was so small. And the car park in front of the hotel was full, the other car park is quite far from the hotel and it was raining, not so convenient.

Very nice staff that ordered a taxi for us, really relaxing small Onsen and they offered a lot for breakfast (more Japanese)

We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover after Hakone and before travelling onwards to Kyoto; aiming to climb Mt Fuji via the Fujinomiya trail. Location - conveniently located as close to the Fujinomiya station. Room - our room was at the end of the hallway and we got a pretty good view of Fuji in the early morning. Breakfast - good selection of food and they were all great. Onsen - public onsen was great. Receptionist / staff - very accommodating and helpful. Managed to help us sort out our taxi to get to the 5th station of the Fujinomiya trail. We had to take the taxi as there are no n public bus due to the hiking season only officially starting on 10 July.

Pillow - found it very hard.

This is my second stay within a year. I like the onsen, breakfast and free parking. This time round I gotta a bigger room compared to the previous time. Awesome!

The spa wasn't what i expected. The price, nothing to do near of the hostel.

Great breakfast, the staffs are very nice. More free parking spots nearby.

The double room is quite small but typical for japanese hotel.

Breakfast was great. Bath was great. Signs said no tattoos but no one seemed to mind. I think tattoo phobia is more to do with locals rather than foreigners. Everything was very well maintained and very clean.

It was like a nightmare for me the first night was terrible with a smoking floor room that I cannot even choose because they said that it was fully booked but I did mention before that I need only non-smoking when I booked was 4+ month before checking the check in front staff was only one man doing everything the whole day and night but just like a high school student then the second night back to normal with a non-smoking floor even after talking with their boss they give me a room in a smoking floor then they told me that it was a non-smoking room but the whole smoking floor... Such a lie to customer... One word that I can say about this hotel is is a smoker hotel there is only some floor that with no smoking even the canteen a heavy smoking scent.everything old and dirty ,it's very differ compare to the other super hotel . Everything far below standard!!! Please read comment a lot before make a booking especially bad comment because everything is true after I meet it myself
