The outside of the building was not brand new and maybe needed a little maintenance, but inside the unit was very nice. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, felt safe. Would definitely stay again! We did run out of hot water for the six of us to shower, but it wasn’t a big deal! We had a great time!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was clean and well stocked with the essentials. We loved the view from the balcony. The sunstes were beautiful. The cute restaurant next door was perfect for a relaxing meal on the patio. We will come back again!

Great location on Lake Conroe with Lakeview. Next to the Southern Enpress Dinner Cruise, which was amazing as well! Very clean, easy to communicate with host.Will definitely be coming back!

Great property, have stayed now twice, back to back weeks for work. Host was flexible and accommodating, and would stay again! Great views and quiet. Having the restaurant next door was convenient.

The location is a beautiful location of lake Conroe!
Everything was difficult to get around and the elevator was out and my husband uses a cane! We were on the 3rd floor which would have been ok if the elevator was working!
So I would not recommend for seniors or anyone with a handicap! I will be more careful to choose handicapped accessible from now on!

Condo was very nice & welcoming. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. Not the owners fault, but I wish we had known this before. The room with the balcony was very HOT & we couldn’t take the heat so I asked her to cancel the second night and she agreed to a partial refund, I haven’t received it yet, but I will update once I do. The owner was very nice, helpful, & responsive. I would stay here again, but would suggest bringing a box fan for that room. The other room was very nice and cool.

The condo was very clean and nice. Elevator was broken and that would have been nice to know since we are in our 60’s and stayed during the hottest week we’ve had so far. But we dealt with it. Only a few outlets worked and those and none in the bathrooms and kitchen worked. I’m not sure the owner knows so I will tell her. They just kept tripping every time we used them. View of sunsets is magnificent. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, Plenty of pillows. We didn't want to drive anywhere when we got there. The dishes at the restaurant were surprisingly good. Seemed like the tortilla soup also had some cajun crab boil seasoning in it. Delish. It was great. Musical vibe out on the restaurant patio was cool.

The inside was much nicer than the outside. The elevator was broken, and we were on the 3rd floor. That was not ideal.

The furniture and floors was very nice & clean, I still cleaned a few things before using. Love having the Keurig and a few staples to get you started. The view is beautiful. Walking distance to The Wave restaurant. My only issue was the thermostat couldn’t go below 71 & it felt very warm at that temp. Maybe it was the humidity we weren’t used to.

Lake Conroe is absolutely exquisite! My goodness, the peace and serenity was what we expected and we experienced just that! These condos sit right on the lake and the views were spectacular! The condo was very clean, quite and cozy! They are in need of a little TLC. But I tell you we had very quick responses before during and after our stay from the condo owner. She made the stay very pleasurable! My husband and I will return for a boat cruise next time. They had no cruises scheduled during our stay. The restaurant right next door was nice and the people we encountered all over Conroe was very friendly! We enjoyed this so much we will return!

Very nice and quiet. We even got to feed a racoon down at the wave restaurant! Cutest little dude ever! I believe we will be renting this place again sometime during the future.

Everything was excellent except no heat in the house, had my 6 month old granddaughter and it was cold but no heat I tried the thermostat but it didn't work

Condo is beautiful with a great view. Because of the cold and a pipe burst water was shut off but Tina communicated with us and offered to leave with a refund. Water was turned back on soon and everything was great.

Fishing 🎣 trip for my son
Everything is as pictured. Wonderful space and having the Wave Restaurant next door was a added bonus. The only downside was that the electrical outlets in both bathrooms were not working and probably could update some of the cookware…other than that I would definitely recommend and definitely rent Tina’s place again.

Mini Vacay with the Grandloves
Great spot for our little getaway... loved having the pool and the restaurant so close to the condo. Often had to run for cover due to the wasp population but the condo owner has zero control over that issue. Great time!

Great location with beautiful views.
Fantastic condo with everything you need. We really enjoyed the community pool and balcony of this condo. Tina was great and very prompt to answer any questions we had. The Wave restaurant/bar is very nearby which is convenient. They do blast some music at night, but it never bothered us as they seem to quiet down by 9pm. If you are interested in renting a boat, check out DNS Water Sports....they are just down the road and were also great.
As of 6/6/22: The brick driveway into these condo units is really rough, so you have to be careful to not drag your bumper in a car. The stairs are also uneven, so watch your step as this condo is on the 3rd floor.

The View
We only stayed 1 night, but we really enjoyed the view from the balcony. It was absolutely beautiful. We sat out there more than we stayed inside. The Wave restaurant and pool were so much fun and just steps away. Definitely recommend this place!
