The loft was clean and accommodated our large group. Being so close the Broadway was a great benefit. The only challenge was there was a lot of noise from the street. Overall it was great!

The group that manages this property is on it! Communication is simply superb! We had 15 people ages 21-81 celebrating a 50th birthday party. It was quiet, yet convenient - three blocks from Broadway and everything Downtown Nashville.

Fabulous property. 10 minute walk to Broadway and 30 seconds to Printers Alley. Very clean property with great interior architecture and design. If you stay here, you must take in breakfast at Union 417. Property manager stayed in communication the entire time from prior to arrival through checkout. Offers nominal charges for early checking and checkout, if available. I will stay here again and again. Entire group of friends and family enjoyed the property.

Excellent location with plenty of rooms and sleeping accommodations for many people.

The spacious condos are in a great location. Close to Broadway (blocks). Corner store and liquor store are within a block. We only ubered a couple times to top golf and and to get a great dinner at STK. Definitely recommended.

Great location for a 2day and 2 night stay. 3 blocks from Broadway and the honky tonk bar scene of Nashville. Super comfortable beds and being downstairs very quiet and dark for a great night’s sleep after a big night of drinking and music.

We were close to everything! So happy we chose to stay at this VRBO. Quick response by management for questions/ issues. Staying downtown Nashville is the best way to see the city. We walked everywhere.

the loft was outstanding and so clean and comfortable, we loved it and will difinetely return in the future, it had access to everything and was all walkable. the only thing we were not happy with was the parking, plenty of parking garages but the prices were ridiculous, had parking in front of condo with parking meters but had to keep moving the car back and forth so we did not have a boot put on the car. I would recomend the loft to everyone excellent excellent excellent..... loft 101 and the people we dealt with when setting up our travel to the loft were wonderful!

My group had an amazing time visiting Nashville last weekend. This place was beautiful, clean and comfortable and in the best spot. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to downtown in less than 10 minutes. Easy Uber access to the Cumberland river for a pontoon day and more. Any issues we had the owner was great at responding to right away. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

Overall great place and right near the fun. A few details need attention though. Ice maker not working, a total of a hangers in two closets not enough and only 1 television in the entire unit. Needs TV in bedrooms.

Perfect place to stay while in Nashville! It was close to Broadway and Printer’s Alley and a quick uber (or 15 min walk) to The Gulch, which I highly recommend you visiting this neighborhood/area. Great restaurants! We had a large group of family and friends there to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. The layout of this was perfect for us. The adults - parents (us) and grandparents were in one unit and my daughter and her friends were in the other unit. The place was clean and very modern/up to date! It was amazing that once you walked into this place, the noises of the “big city” disappeared. There were people staying in the units above us. At first I thought- “oh great, this large group of guys are going to be so loud!” (I mean- we are in Nashville after all). We literally did not hear them at all! This condo is laid out so well that all the sounds around you are blocked out! I would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here!

We stayed at the Dolly Parton Lofts for my bachelor weekend - it was amazing! Short five minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars and nightlife. The property people were easy to get in touch with being one text away. I hope these properties are available when I come back to Nashville one day. One hundred percent recommend! See you again, Nashville.

The location and cleanliness of the condos was fantastic. Owners responses were immediate. The proximity to Broadway and parking was a tremendous advantage. Highly recommend to any large group visiting music city.
