We really enjoyed our stay with our three boys (6, 4, 2). The deer came right by the property daily. Caught huge rainbow trout at the private pond. We loved the room and amenities. We will be back! Thank you for your hospitality in Red River!

My wife and I loved the property! Met all of our expectations. Only had 1 small issue....arrived late and had a little trouble locating the correct address. We were able to contact by phone and check in with no problem. Would definitely stay here again!

We were only in Red River for 2 nights but this was a great little place to stay. It was clean, had plenty of room for us and the kids, and several options for free activities like outdoor volleyball, a heated pool, fishing, hiking, etc. It's also within walking distance of a ski area.
Only suggested improvements: the water pressure in the showers could definitely be better.
Also, be aware that the laundry on-site is a coin laundry area in the building and 'maid service' is at-your-request via a checklist left on the door of the unit. You are responsible for taking out the trash and making sure all dishes are washed or there will be extra charges.
Overall a nice, clean, safe place to stay while enjoying all Red River has to offer.

The location of this place is great. Very well maintained property and peaceful. The staff are always welcoming and answer any questions. My family has been vacationing here for 15 years and Ive never had a bad experience.

Nice property with basic provisions for a long weekend. The property managers were nice and my son loved the easy access to the town ponds. Just be sure the remember all of your toiletries because there are no extras, just some bar soap and the grocery store is very expensive.

Peaceful stay in a beautiful location. Condo was set up well and we had everything we needed. Note that since we stayed during off season we were not able to experience all that the town offered but we did get to relax and enjoy the cool temperatures

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids and we will definitely be returning. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, facilities were very clean. The kids loved spending time out on the playground and it was walking distance from town. Great experience overall.

This condo was perfect! So clean and roomy. We had both sides. There were so many surfaces to put all our luggage on. It always helps to get things off the floor. There were tons of hooks for our wet ski clothes to hang and dry. Hooks on the bathroom doors for towels. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the office had sleds available to borrow. We had a great time. Thank you for letting us rent your condo!

The property was nice and clean. It was easy check in. Property was on the outer edge of town so not everyone walked by, but we were still close enough to be able to walk to all our destinations. Really enjoyed our time.

We stayed 4 night here to be able to ski Red River. It was very close to the ski area and there is a bus that passes if you don’t want to walk with your gear. There was lots of wildlife around in the mornings and afternoons. The place was very clean and instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow

The condo was nice the king bed was very hard.the other bed was good. The only downside was the stairs, I told the man at Caribel all 4of us had bad knees could not do real steep stairs and he said they were not bad; they were really steep so I suggest if you are not in good health do not stay on the top floor. I asked before we got there about fishing in their pond and was informed you don't need a license, which is true but the did not tell me we had to pay $5 a fish.So we bought a one day license and fished at Eagle Rock Lake. We would stay there again as long as it is on the bottom level

Older property in need of modernization. Furniture is worn out and very uncomfortable. Fishing pond should not have a per fish chage. It was the time I had with my brother that made it enjoyable, not the facilities.

This is our first stay at Red River in a condo. We have always stayed at a motel or lodge. Didn't know any better, I guess. We really enjoyed the property and the accommodations were clean and well kept. It is an older property, but still in good shape. We will try to come back next year.

Great condo with its own private pond and close to the public ponds. River is just around the corner. All you need is within walking distance. Older place but very well kept and reminded me of my grandparents camp. Red River is so beautiful!
