Absolutely gorgeous home in a great location. The entry to the beach is a minute walk. Pool was wonderful. A few minor issues but management responded very quickly.

I was disappointed that the pool was not cleaned prior to our arrival on Thursday. Instead it was cleaned on Friday morning. As a result, we were not able to enjoy the pool until Friday.

We did have an issue with one on the first floor bedroom bathroom plumbing that was unresolved. The maintenance worker stated it was a issue that could not be repaired without extensive work. Other than that, the home/property was amazing. Very nice stay and nice location.

Our family loved the house, especially the pool. The big kitchen with the large appliances made cooking for our family of 12 much easier. The two large dining tables provided plenty of room for the family to eat together or play games at night. The location is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach entrance making it easy to go back and forth from the house. It was easy to get to restaurants and stores on Scenic 98 with a golf cart. Highly recommend Captain Dave's for a great seafood dinner with the family. I was worried about the reviews I read about the traffic on Scenic 98 ruining the front balcony. We spent quite a bit of time on the balcony, especially in the mornings and at night, and did not notice the traffic so that it kept us from enjoying the time out there. There are a few simple things that wouldn't cost much that would make the house a little more convenient. There's nowhere to hang your towels for any of the showers. Nor is there anywhere to put your soap and shampoo in the showers except on the floor. The most basic things like salt and pepper, hand soap in the kitchen, kitchen garbage bags, etc. are not provided. A couple of heads up: 1) No rafts or beach toys are provided. They have a policy that if you buy some at a local store and leave it behind, they'll charge you a "haul away" fee. This means you either must take them home in your luggage or throw them away at the end of your stay. 2) There is no access to the lake behind the house.

We took a trip with 20 women. The house was plenty big for all of us. Beds, Bathrooms were great. This house was stalked really good for large groups. I would suggest bringing white noise with you. the house has a ton of tile and it just seems loud for those sleeping and others are still up. They had use of some beach chairs and wagon in garage. Everything was really great. Beautiful location so close to beach.

B E A U tiful house and property! Plenty of room! And great access to the beach! We paid for the pool to be heated and unfortunately the first night something happened with the equipment and management was quick to get it fixed. Only complaint was not enough bath towels for the amount of showers and people, 1 paper towel, and only a couple dishwasher soaps.

The house is beautiful and located delightfully close to the beach. The home itself is ill prepared for a large group to stay at. there was not 1 roll of paper towel, not a single spice, and no cups for children. For the price we paid we were shocked at how little there was compared to ALL other vacation rental homes we stayed in. Our family is very amenable and we had a fantastic time regardless but knowing beforehand would help future guests prepare.

We had an amazing time. It is located in a great spot with easy access to the beach. Beautiful views and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay there again.

The Seastar Palazzo was amazing. Our family had plenty of space to spread out. The location was fantastic with a beautiful view and easy walk across the street to the beach. We enjoyed the backyard and pool and spent more time there than at the beach! We loved being able to have our dog with us. Any questions or issues we had at the property were handled quickly. The communication with property management was the best I’ve experienced. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

This house was perfect for our annual Family beach trip! The home is very roomy with a perfect place to gather. Pool and outdoor kitchen is fabulous. Location was perfect with beach access right across the street. My only disappointment was all the traffic in front of the house. The cars, golf carts, bikers, walkers, etc. were non-stop. Made it difficult to enjoy the sound of the water. That said, the back of the house was very peaceful and could not have been better. Strong contender for any family/group stay!

The location to the beach and some local restaurants and hot spots is ideal! Beach entrance is a few steps away, not technically beach front but the views are amazing in the front and back of the house.

We planned a big family vacation and knew that we might have to spend most of our time at "home" because of COVID-19. We couldn't have chosen a better place! The house is lovely, with lots of little spaces for small groups to hang out. I highly recommend having the pool heated - we enjoyed swimming!

This house is as pictured. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen had almost everything we needed for making meals. Two HUGE refrigerators, and a great stove. A coffee maker which takes pods and makes a carafe would be a great addition to the home. A towel warmer would also be a great addition to the pool area in the colder months. Over all, the house is beautiful and accommodated our mixed group (18) of adults, teenagers, kids and babies comfortably. The maintenance team was very responsive and polite when we had questions.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. It’s was missing an ironing board and a house this size should have more than 1 iron. Other than that great location. I would definitely come back. Thank you!!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. Everyone had their own rooms and there kitchen/eating area was large enough for all of us to gather and eat together. The property was clean and well maintained.

This was such an awesome experience. The property was beautiful, just as listed. There were a few very minor quirks, but my family & I had such a great time that we said we'd like to make it an annual trip. We had other family members staying at another property, but they liked ours better. I would definitely recommend this property and will plan on staying again.

Very satisfied with the property and location. Beautiful home and just a short walk across the road to public beach access. Very nice pool that is good size even for our big group. Outdoor grill was more than handy as well as the griddle built in to the stovetop in the kitchen. Each and every room had plenty of space for every couple and the living room/ sitting rooms on the bottom and middle levels were very accomodating. Maintenance was easy to get in contact with and very responsive. Would love to go back to Destin again and even this house especially. Highly reccommend.

First off we would definitely rent this property again! As our week went on we fell more in love with the house, its floor plan , bedroom space, convenient bathroom set up and of course the pool. Does the house need a little TLC? Sure, but nothing crazy. Some of that is expected being a rental. All the important things are absolutely covered in this house! The massive kitchen table(s) were amazing for feeding our large group together. The short walk over to the beach was so convenient. The large open area between the dining room and great room provided an amazing dance floor :) Plenty of fridge space is provided between the kitchen and pool room. We are so grateful for the time we had here and the memories that were made!!

Location of the house is perfect!! Very short walk to public beach access with perfect views! The house has all of the necessary amenities and more! Clean inside and out!

Great experience

The house is in a great location, and the pool area is lovely. The interior of the house needs help. There are essentially no towel racks on the walls, no toilet paper holders. The kitchen had no oven mitts, no Keurig - and the coffee pot was disgustingly dirty. There were only 2 dish towels. There are 2 dishwashers and only one works - maintenance came to fix it and did not succeed. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers and only 1 dryer works. When we arrived the ice machine downstairs was broken, the freezer in the kitchen had been turned off because the stove breaker had been turned off because of a clicking noise which my husband and I FIXED OURSELVES. The outside furniture on the main deck is a mess. I understand this property is up for sale, but it's priced out to rent at a premium because of location, you need to have basic conveniences in there. If I rented during peak season and paid double I would be extremely dissapointed.

Beautiful location steps from the beach. Had a couple of minor problems that were dealt with immediately.

Location is great; ocean views from two angles, 90 degrees even though across the street from beach. Linens, beds, cleanliness, kitchenware, beach chairs/cart, BBQ grill, heated BIG pool (5ft deep in middle, FYI) and lots of other things - TOP notch. We didn’t use half the bedrooms. WiFi strong inside home for work / Zoom needs. And the experience with the rental group - communication, help, quick responses - great.

Fantastic from start to finish!

This house was great for a bigger group. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Crystal beach/Destin! The pool was excellent and the front porch with a gulf view was very nice.
