My family of 10 ages 5-80 stayed here for a week in August. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the wonderful front porch just added to the space as we ate almost all of our dinners out there. The house was as pictured, and it was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. We did not need the car very often as this house is walkable to both Short Sands and Long Sands as well as Nubble Light House. Finally I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Sean is easy to deal with and easy to get in touch with. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a vacation in York.

We were two grandparents, four adult children/in-laws, and four children (6-14). This house was just perfect for us. Plenty of room to eat, sleep, and play for the ten of us. The house is beautifully decorated with many special touches and was very well-stocked. Everything was spotlessly clean and in great condition. Walking distance to both Long Sands and Short Sands beaches was a big plus, although parking at Short Sands was easy too. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful.

This home has everything you could ever need for a large family vacation. The proximity to everything (both long, short sands & nubble light house) was within walking distance & easy to get to. Sean was extremely responsive to any questions we had.

Absolutely amazing stay. Super communicative owners, check-in and check-out was a breeze. House was beautiful and space was perfect for multiple families to share. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and stacked with sheets, towels and soap. Best part was that all the cousins can be in basement with own shower and play space. Backyard and deck were great for eating and night time yard activities. Wonderful stay.

You will NOT be disappointed! Sean is amazing and super accommodating. The place was immaculate and they thought of everything! Snacks, coffees, toiletries and a brochure on local establishments one might enjoy. Walking distance to Nubble lighthouse and the beach! Plenty of rooms to spread out but ample gathering space for meals and games. We will 100% be booking here again. You are gonna love it!!!

This beautiful home is even more pretty in person. It is also very well built so you don’t hear others moving through the house. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to work in. Fabulous location which is walkable to almost everything. Sean provides great tips for things to do and places to get the best food. We loved every minute of our time there!

We rented this house for a 70th birthday party for a group of ladies. The home is immaculate and the neighborhood is very upscale. The home is within walking distance to the Nubble Lighthouse, beaches and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. This house is also perfect for a family with children as the lower level sleeps 6 plus. If you are looking for a house in this area don't look any further. Reserve this house before it is booked and I guarantee you will enjoy your visit and make wonderful memories.

Stayed for the weekend for my daughter's graduation from UNH. The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything about it was perfect. There was more than enough room for the whole family. Sean was very accommodating to our needs and responded almost immediately when I reached out to him with any questions. We will definitely be going back!!

Came up to York for a girls weekend and this was the perfect place. The house was nice, it had a ton of amenities, the host was super responsive, and it was walking distance to just about everything. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house is adorable, well stocked and big enough for the 3 families who we traveled with. Walking distance to long sands beach. I wish we had more time there! Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous home! We rented this home for our family to stay in for our wedding weekend. Our venue, The View at Pepperrell Cove in Kittery Point, Me, was an easy 20 min drive with gorgeous views at that. Long Sands Beach was full of surfers all weekend long and literally right down the road. This home allowed us to spread out and be together at the same time. We enjoyed Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the porch together as a family in a quite neighborhood where we felt extremely safe. It was sooo peaceful and relaxing. Sean was so attentive to my messages before and during our stay he provided us with a very detailed checkin with helpful information about the house and area. We loved our time spent and highly recommend this property and will remember the memories made here during our wedding weekend!

There are so many great things to say about this property. The house is gorgeous, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything the family needed. The main deck was large enough for the entire family to sit around and have lunch or dinner together. The fooseball downstairs was a great addition for the kids as well as the adults. Many memories made at the fooseball table. ( I might have to get one for my house). The location is great as it was a short walk to the ocean as well as the Nubble. Our family all loved this beautiful home and certainly made many memories at the beach as well as our nightly game nights. Thank Sean for your quick responses to r questions

Our family loved staying at this house. There was so much room for the children to play. Every room was comfortable. So many little extras and thought that went into everyone feeling comfortable. Sean responded immediately to the few questions I had during the week. We loved all the decks. And the kitchen was so well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. This was a great house for a family. The house was stocked with any kind of kitchen item you can think of then more (wine refrigerator). The bedrooms were roomy and there were multiple options for bathing (ex: showers, soaking tub off master). The downstairs is a great option as a kids/teens bedroom/activity room. You can walk to Short Sands Beach or Long Sands Beach. Driving your car to both beaches is also an option that could work for you. This home has a beautiful deck with a large table, chairs and benches where everyone can sit around and have lunch or dinner. The private deck off the master bedroom has views of the ocean. The home is air conditioned and the temperature was always comfortable. Our host Sean was great to work with and his information was very helpful. You can’t go wrong staying in this home!!

The open kitchen/dining/living space worked perfectly for our needs. Some ladies are thinking about booking for a summer stay with their families! If we go back to York, I would definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t be happier about our stay in this home! The basement is set up with twin beds, a card table, foozball table, and two TVs! We had five kids stay down stairs and they loved the space! The upstairs rooms are spacious, clean, and decorated so cute! You really get to experience the beach feel in this home. We used the kitchen, the grill, and all three patios. The Keurig was perfect, and the owner provided quite a few extras that were really thoughtful. You can tell this property is well maintained and that they care about the experience you have during your stay. 10/10! Best home we’ve rented with VRBO

This was such a beautiful home! Perfectly located between short and long sand beaches and near the scenic Nubble Light House. My family took surf lessons at Liquid Dreams two days in a row and loved it! The tide rises on the beach throughout the day, so by late afternoon we were by the sea wall. It was a cool way to inch our way back home. We are at the Union Bluff in York Beach and it was awesome, beautiful view from the front of the Inn. We also loved the 10 min short drive to Ogunquit. We had dinner at the lively Front Porch and and the cute boutique shops. And we made the 30 min drive to Kennebunkport and visited the Clam Shack (best lobster rolls!!). This has to be one of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Sean thought of everything! Chairs, bags, coolers, and sand toys for the beach, a snack and coffee station, make- up towels, games…Decorated so cute, comfy beds (and plenty of them!!), well stocked kitchen, and Sean was so easy to communicate with. Thank you for making York Beach the “Maine” attraction for our summer trip. We will be back!

Sean's property is beautiful! Clean and gorgeous home, with the perfect location. I stayed here with family and friends for a mini bachelorette party weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for two families with kids. The kids got the first floor to themselves while the adults got the top floor (3 bedrooms on top floor). The house was clean and well-stocked with thoughtful touches by the owner throughout. Location was great - our kids walked to the nearby beach by themselves (5 minute walk). WE organized fun activities (kayaking, hiking, fishing, etc) and had a great time. But above all, the owner was responsive and just superb with communication. If we were to come back to York, we would stay here again!

This was our first time visiting York, and this wonderful house easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teens. The location was perfect -- an easy walk to the lighthouse, 2 beaches, and town. The owner was available 100% of the time to address our concerns -- which were none! The property was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed our time on the sunny porch. We had a perfect stay!
