Overall grate experience. Cabin was as advertised very well located yet secluded very nice grounds and amenities. Highly recommend this place and looking forward to another visit soon.

This was the perfect property for adults and preteens! It was the perfect location to take a walk and see the beautiful view as well as a short drive to town. The house was stocked with everything you need and more! We will definitely be back! ❤️

It was the perfect spot for our 4 day family getaway! The cabin was perfect, very clean, nice accommodations, very comfortable beds & back patio was relaxing for morning coffee and evening gatherings. This was the perfect way to spend Mother’s Day!

My family and I (a total of 8 people) stayed at Marty's place for my sister's 40th birthday. The cabin was the perfect retreat and accommodated all family members more than comfortably. Plenty of room for everyone, the beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and between the game room, hot tub, fire pit, and kid's jungle gym, there was no reason to leave. The location was very conveniently located. Minutes from restaurants, breweries, a distillery, shops, the lake, and more. Marty promptly replied to a couple of questions we had when we first arrived. I would absolutely rent this cabin again!

Beautiful property with plenty to do in the area. Very easy to find. Bedding was very comfortable! Had an issue everytime we tried to light the fireplaces. Pretty well stocked. Had hoped the communication would have been better with the host. In all we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a really nice stay at this cabin. Lots of things to keep everyone entertained without leaving the property. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

My family loved our stay. The condo is lovely, beds are comfortable, and it was well stocked with everything we needed like toiletries, kitchen items, and laundry detergent. The location is convenient for skiing and the condo is a great place to relax when you aren’t skiing. The town of Edwards has restaurants, shops, and a grocery. We hope to be back!

Nice property. We all enjoyed ourselves. Pool table, ping pong and game console gave everyone plenty to do. Property was clean and well taken care of and hosts were quick to respond to WiFi issue.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful & when they say they have all you need… they literally provide everything you need! The lights went out for some hours & it was hectic for the family since we have little ones and we was cooking. The stairs scary me & some of my family SO much but it was still a beautiful cozy cabin! I recommend! (:

Wonderful place to spend our extended family Thanksgiving together. The house is so well appointed and equipped with everything a family needs. The decorated Christmas tree was a nice touch. Beautiful setting in the midst of pine trees. Couple of minor repairs needed . We already mentioned the wall remote not working on the indoor fireplace but the black box switch got it working fine. The outdoor fireplace worked fine the first evening but we couldn’t get it going after that despite attempting to use the black box. Hopefully it’s just a battery issue. One of the lantern lights in the large east bedroom seems to have a bulb not working. These are relatively minor issues and should not detract from our high rating because the place is really great.

We had a fantastic time celebrating early Thanksgiving with the whole family. The cabin is beautiful! Really enjoyed it! Thank you!

We’ve gone to Gatlinburg every year for 10+ years. Stayed in many many many cabins. Never have we stayed in a cabin that supplied a fantastic coffee bar, toiletries, firewood, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Very comfortable beds. Loved this cabin so much and made wonderful memories. The owner was very accommodating. If you are going to cook for a big crew like we did, bring a 7 quart plus pot. Other than that, everything was well stocked. Kudos to the owners!!!! We will book again.

This was the perfect cabin to celebrate with our friends and end to summer, very close to Lake. Our kids are already asking when we can book next year!

We had so much fun at this cabin! Great memories made playing pool, outdoor Jenga, and relaxing in the hot tub. Wonderful evenings on the deck enjoying a movie by the fire. Loved the themed rooms and the big bunk room. Definitely the most comfortable couches! Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Great communication with hosts. Easy check in and check out.

The pictures don’t lie, everything was perfect, housed our family and there was never a full moment, property manager was very responsive to messages and even let me get a late check out we needed. Will be back HIGHLY recommend

We enjoyed the location of the cabin and the over all experience. Plenty to do while just hanging out on the deck or inside. Outside the cabin could for sure use some clean up trimming/mowing but over all it was perfect.

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our first big family vacation! There was plenty of bedrooms and beds and bathrooms. Our only complaint was the access to the upstairs. Placing a proper staircase would open up that area to more members in the family. Other than that we absolutely loved the property and everything that it came stocked with. The owners really thought of everything. Right down to the welcome gift of a s'mores kit!

My family and I really looked forward to our trip to this cabin. When we arrived, it was as beautiful as it appeared in pictures. However, we were not impressed by the cleanliless and maintenance of its outdoor amenities. The biggest complaint was that the hot tub had a funky, stagnant odor (seemed like not enough chlorine??). None of us wanted to risk going in. We were all fearful immersing kids in stagnant mystery water. I couldn't get the thought out of my mind of USED bathtub water, YUCK ! There was one rainy day which would have been PERFECT for a soak in a hot tub in the cool weather. very disappointed. NO wood for fire pit, despite description saying there would be some. no firestarter either. i had to get in the car and drive to local gas station and purchase firewood and fire starter. Outdoor patio furniture had cobwebs and did not seem dusted down. No one wanted to sit outside. BBQ grille knobs were greasy to the point where i could not wash off the grease on my hands easily without using copious soap. I really wanted to use the hot tub and looked again when it was sunny… it was gross and funky smelling. I couldn’t give any benefit of the doubt, given so many failures in a row.

I loved everything about my stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I had a nice time relaxing on the patio listening to nature sounds with the fireplace going. I will definitely be booking again soon. I honestly did not want to leave 😂

We really enjoyed our time in the house. Kitchen had every bit of equipment and cookware any good cook would need. The outdoor spaces were amazing and the house is very well furnished. The bedrooms/bathrooms are well appointed.

Beautiful Home with ample usable space. Great views, enjoyable activities like ping pong, pac man, hot tub, fire pit, and kids swing set. Comfortable beds, nice linens, and open kitchen. Drawer pulls and window shades would be simple change that would make a huge difference for functionality and enjoyment of guests! We would come back!

Absolutely perfect! Stayed here with family for thanksgiving. The house had everything we could possibly have needed. Owners were very friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time except for the spiral staircase. It was impossible to get luggage upstairs. It was also difficult for my friends to go up and down. We were all over 65.

Beautiful and well appointed. And the beds are very comfortable! Great stay! As a note on property- There is a very narrow spiral staircase to the bunk room.
