The pillows were large! The location is right next to the highway and close to many shopping stores and restaurants. I didn’t grab breakfast but could smell it in my room. I didn’t grab a cookie or free water, but I saw it provided for guests in the entry. I didn’t swim, because there was a closed sign… but it looked like that would have been nice. There is a pond and water fountain close by that was nice. The road into the parking lot was new, and had easy access from both sides. The feature I liked the most in the room, before big bed & large pillows was the amount of storage! Closet and counters across an entire wall. That made unpacking and packing so easy.

I was sad the pool was closed. For the most part it was a good nights rest. My room was on 1st floor close to the lobby. I woke up smelling food… either I was too close to the breakfast area or my neighbors cooked in the microwave. I was able to go back to sleep. I stayed until the 11am checkout time. I did get the much needed rest… my trip was due to a stressful family matter. So my goal to sleep was achieved!

Nothing until I get my husbands refund back. Booked twice! Was suppose to get refund back. The staff lied to us said they were gonna get my husband refund back. Now they are saying they can’t do it. Will never stay there again. And will not recommend this place to anyone else. And don’t know if I will ever book thru you guys again!

price is extremely high for quality. checked into one room and moved to another after the (taped up) window blind fell and the summer sun was beaming through to another room that has a terrible tile grout job with loose and broken tiles throughout - needs dusted and vacuumed.

It was simple. Not fancy or fake.

Breakfast could have had more options. But it was good for what it was.

The day shift front desk woman was absolutely wonderful and amazing. Very kind and attempted to fix issues

Room was a lot smaller than advertised. The beds were unkempt and just made sloppy with no effort. The fold out couch had a already been slept on dirty fitted sheet on it. The air conditioner was not working properly. Temp stayed between 78-80 and could not be adjusted. Called down to desk twice and received no help, this was around 9p and 1a. Heat Index yesterday was 109.itwas too hotel to be without air and we had 3 small kids with us

No hot water in the morning till 12 ..I went the front desk and wait for someone come talk to me .. there’s no one was in the front desk.. when I asked them about the hot water they said they wait for their manager answer the call..

They are having some staffing problems and several things were out of order. A new manager I’m sure is going to turn that around.
