home was very clean and in a great location. Would recommend. Wifi was spotty so i wouldn't expect to be able to take work video calls on it, front door wouldn't lock at times, and pool started to get murky later in the week and didn't have access to any chlorine tablets but overall great property in a great location.

Great location. The pool and hot tub were fun. They need to fix some of the tiles that are broken on the hot tub as they could be a safety hazard. They also only had one knife in the house so cooking was tough. Great location and a nicely decorated place. Very old Florida/vintage.

We stayed here to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. The home is cozy. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Close to all the best restaurants in Anna Maria. Would definitely come back.

A very cozy place by the pier. Very comfortable beds. The only suggestion we have would be to have more cups and wine glasses. Also more basic supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher pods and garbage bags). But otherwise it was a delightful place, center of the action and right off the trolley. Coffee, food and little shops were within just a few short steps. A wonderful beach was just a 10 minute walk. We weren’t able to use the pool and hot tub until the last two days due to a heavy rain when we arrived (likely knocked out power) but this issue was fixed quickly once we reported this to management.

We have stayed at this exact house 3 times now. We return to it because of its location and the superior rental managment company experience. They are awesome. The yard is awesome. The location is also a huge plus for this property. The property is definitely in need of some TLC. The overall cleanliness of the house was not ideal for my liking. The main things were clean, but baseboard had a ton of dust as did the decor items. I cleaned the ledges and the decor in the main bathroom because it was pretty bad. Overall, a good stay.

Pros: The house is cute with 3 bedrooms and a fantastic backyard. Kitchen equipped. Location, location, location was great. Unfortunately, some cons as well.. We did have issues with the hot tub that did not get warm, lighting in the backyard was out, rusty grill and freezer not cold resulting in a melted ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Also, no book with instructions and when I reached out to the rental folks I received one response telling me they would come on Saturday but no one ever showed up and no response at all after reaching out a 2nd time. I would rent again but would inquire about these things beforehand.

This property was perfectly situated in between the beach and the pier area. We found plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. The pool and backyard space were also very nice. It’s an older home with two nice rooms and one that would be better for kids. The one that would be better for kids had a fairly uncomfortable twin mattress but the king room was lovely! There were more bugs than we would have liked but that could have been August in Florida. Overall, I’d recommend for a quick weekend getaway!

Super easy renting and checking in/out process. The house is beautiful but the backyard is perfection. The pool, lights, spa and landscaping just hit every spot. Close to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again and again!

Ideal location near the beach, piers, shops, restaurants, trolly stop. Yet it had a big, quiet back yard with a beautiful pool. Very comfortable, cute cottage. Friendly property manager.

This Cottage was a great family get away. Quiet part of Pine Ave with easy access to multiple restaurants and shops. One block from the Anna Maria Pier and Waterfront restaurant. Cottage was clean and the hosts communicated great during the visit with any questions we had. As advertised and better. Kids truly enjoyed the pool in the backyard to cool off with the hot temperatures. Great place for young kids and families that want fast access to everything Anna Maria has to offer!

It was perfect for me. My sister and 2 daughters to enjoy a special time together. We were 2 doors away from an ice cream shop, a block from a fishing pier and beach. We were right on the bus line to tour Anna Marie Island without moving our car. The private pool and hot tub was a great asset which allowed us time to remember when with lots of laughs and special moments. I will be going back again to this little private place for more of the same. The real estate agency was there whenever we had questions or needed anything. I cannot say enough about the entire experience. It was the best.

The backyard and pool was awesome, and the house had fun decor. The location was great but during the evening there was a lot of foot (often very late) and vehicle traffic due to other attractions near by. Overall a very nice experience but we had some trouble with operating the shower, some issues with slow and blocked drains and a few missing tiles on the pool.

We were absolutely thrilled with this house! It’s so adorably decorated. The best part was the amazing backyard oasis! Just beautiful. The area is great too - easy walk to restaurants and shops. There is a distinct mostly odor as others have mentioned - but it is the beach. Well stocked and appointed home. We would most definitely book again. Love Anna Maria!!

Location is fabulous, island is fabulous and our two daughters under ten had the time of their lives! The pool is perfect size for small children, while mom relaxed in the shade! So lovely.

Awesome entertaining areas. There’s a General store near by, ice shop, great restaurants & some of Floridas best beaches. Nice accommodations, loved it!!!

House was very clean and fun! Perfect location, back yard was amazing!

The location is perfect! The pool and backyard is a paradise. But, the second bath has a mildew smell that hasn’t left my clothes. Even after two or three washes at home our nice summer clothes all smell like mildew. The pool was salt water and when the pool maintenance came they said it needed chlorine bc the salt needed replans the owners hadn’t done that. Also the place is smaller than it looks in the pictures. We had two couples. I’d say it would be best for a small family. The third bedroom is open to the bathroom, so no privacy unless you close the bedroom door.

We had a fantastic time at this property! The shabby decor was so fun and just cozy and perfect. Beds were comfortable and of course, pool and hot tub were amazing. Spent our days on the beach swimming and then back to pool swimming and hanging out. Shopping was great within walking distance on Pine Ave. Little market 2 buildings over was perfect to pick up little things we needed or a sandwich. The pier at night was a super place to hang with live music, food, drinks and sunset. Also did beach sunset, which was fabulous as always. Rental company was excellent and always friendly and helpful. Very responsive as well. We did not rent a car this time and just did the golf cart and it was perfect. Only corrections we would suggest is the dresser drawers in the king bedroom need some TLC and the coffee pot needs to be replaced. Kept pooling on top of the filter and not straining through to pot. Would highly recommend this rental. It's adorable, cozy, in the perfect location with an amazing back yard!

Property smelled so bad; had a horrible musty smell that needs to be gotten rid of. No blinds or shades and all sunlight; etc shine in bedrooms. Kitchen utensils were not clean, had to wash each one before use. Loved the pool area it was awesome
