Nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Great location to walk to local shops, bars and waterfront. Off road parking.

As we were unable to stay in the property as it was closed there was nothing to like
Everything. As the property was closed we were unable to stay there. The agent was unable to find us a suitable alternative accommodation. Our only alternative was to abandon our holiday and go home or source another property with
another company. We found a suitable cottage with another company which we paid for. As you provided us with nothing I hereby request a full refund of the amount paid. In addition to the rent we were told by the agent he would pay for taxis. We advised him that we had spent £46 40 on these but no refund has been forthcoming. Unless I receive a full refund by 30 June I will take the matter up in another way

Very spacious apartment, nice and clean with every thing you need.
Only one car paling space.

Great location close to the waterfront. Comfortable bed, clean and modern flat.
Second lock on door not working. No salt and pepper. We don't expect there to ever be much left over from previous guidt but we have never been anywhere before that didn't have at least salt and pepper.

contacted the property about a picture falling off the wall and had no response :( almost fell on my mum.. also the door locking was a nightmare every time! couldn’t work it out but probably just us being women! otherwise lovely and will be back!

A modern stylish and comfortable apartment - the open plan kitchen diner and living area is spacious and particularly attractive.
There were two pieces of artwork where the hanging apparatus appeared to have been broken and the artworks had been left standing on the floor propped up against the wall, for health and safety reasons it would have been better to have removed these artwork items from the apartment until they had been mended.

The apartment was perfect for our purposes where we were out and about, but wanted a comfortable base to return to with separate bathrooms. It is a convenient location and has parking.
The apartment is great. It is near some pubs so you may get some noise but the beds are comfy so you sleep well anyway!

Bad value for money; charged extra for an “early” check-in of 15:00; provided no soap, coffee/tea or replacement toilet roll, bin bags, etc; unresponsive when contacting them via Booking.com (which the managing agency said was due to them not receiving the messages); crockery and glassware were all mismatched and in incomplete sets

In all a lovely apartment.Just a couple of minor points.
The trundle bed was broken, the legs had to be folded away so it was able to be used. All be it on the floor. The pillow's were either too big or too small.

Location and parking are great. Nice and bright kitchen and living area. Two bathrooms good.
Needs pillow protectors and a mattress protector for single bed. Also non slip mat under rug in single bedroom as very slippery. The kitchen worktops had been cleaned with something oil based/greasy so we had to clean them thoroughly on arrival. Rain shower head needs descaling.

Excellent location, very easy booking and arrival process. Modern and comfortable. Very clean and suitable for our family of 2 adults and 2 children.
Could have done with a few additional kitchen utensils eg cheese grater. The kitchen bin lid was broken and the dining chairs all had unsecured legs.

Dirty crockery, windows, bathroom cupboards. Fridge a joke - freezer door couldn’t open as fridge door the opposite way round plus it needs another shelf and as not enough room. I only drink gin and tonic so no ice which meant I didn’t have a drink. Pedal bin broken. Kettle needs descaling. No scissors, no oven gloves, no side plates. Not a very good selection of glasses. No DVD player and not a big choice of TV channels. With winter coming clients will be spending more time in the flat so therefore there is a need for good TV channels. Settee very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this flat unless all the above are sorted.

Very central. Just a stroll from all shops, restaurants and the river.
Excellent overall. The only disadvantage of the central location is noise in the morning from deliveries etc as bedrooms are at the front
