Great location close to downtown, grocery store, McDowell Mountain Regional Park, McDowell Sonoran Preserve, Scottsdale, etc.
Fountain Hills seems to be a very safe, secure place. We had no problems parking our second vehicle on the street.

Gunsight Condo was even more than we expected! We loved cooking in the kitchen with the convenience of the island. There was plenty of room in the bedroom. Everything was clean and inviting as soon as we walked in the door! Best of all was the beautiful sunrises in the mornings from the patio! Communication with Mary couldn't have been better! We will be back!!

Lovely little spot, well appointed, spotlessly clean, exactly as advertised and owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this spot to others! Lisa

Great location and condo was excellent! Only thing was that king bed very soft and we puffer a firm mattress.

Was in town for a trail race. The condo had everything we needed and was in close proximity to the race. Good restaurants within walking distance. Check in and out was a breeze. The owners were very responsive when I had questions. Most organized rental I have ever been in with everything labeled and noted with special instructions. Would definitely stay again if we come back back to Arizona!

Another day is paradise
Lovely 5 day stay at this adorable condo in Fountain Hills. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The location was within half a mile from Fountain Park and some great restaurants which we walked to. Jerry and Mary were excellent hosts and provided clear directions on checking in and out and how everything worked so that made it a seamless stay. We highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Relaxing and beautiful
Clean, pretty condo in a convenient location with a lovely view. Owners were accommodating, had good communicators and had the condo well supplied. We had a great week!

Everything was so easy with Jerry and Mary. We just pushed things together to make room for some of our groceries. Everything was so neat and clean. I enjoyed sitting on the patio catching some rays. We’ll be back again next year!

The location and views were great! Loved being within walking distance to the Park and Town Center.
The property was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Mary and Jerry were super easy to work with! I would certainly stay here again.

Great Getaway
We enjoyed our time at the Gunsight Condo in beautiful Fountain Hills. We especially enjoyed the fully stocked and updated kitchen, view of the mountains, comfortable bed and close proximity to town.
