The room was very spacious and nicely equipped. The location of the hotel is just a few minutes from the Strip - the view from the room was also nice!

Our room wasn't ready at the check in time, although we waited in the lobby since the receptionist told us it would be any minute. Other guests were assigned to their rooms, while we waited for a long time to get a room. They could do so much more with breakfast. There is not enough room to sit, so we had to sit/stand and eat by the computers. Breakfast is served on plastic plates, with plastic spoons, glasses, knives etc. - not very ecological or convenient. Additionally, the food itself was bad... The only edible stuff was the cereal..

Terrible customer service. I could not get receipt upon departure. I emailed and called. It took 10 days to respond to my messaging on Bookings.com I had to get a customer service rep from Bookings to call the hotel to get a receipt. Terribly understaffed. Not knowledgeable employees.

Could do better on the pricing in comparison to other 5 star rated properties in the vicinity / Strip

Nothing. It was all as expected.

The location was ideal. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The elevator was fast. Parking lot was fully lit.

I booked through a 3rd party, and that’s probably why this happened. But I booked a room that had two beds and a sofa. I made sure I booked this room because I didn’t want us to be sharing a bed. I was looking forward to having my own bed. Well we were given a basic room with two queen beds. I questioned this immediately but the front desk had no options for this. She just said she apologized I was not given the correct room. She was not sure why that happened. I went back to ask for a rollaway bed and she said those were all given out. A homeless couple spent over 30 minutes making tea . All the while touching every surface on the coffee station. Not sure why they were allowed to do this. Front desk was present the whole time.

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe vom Strip. Großer Parkplatz. Für eine Nacht ideal.

Frühstück alles auf Plastik, geht gar nicht mehr in der heutigen Zeit, da muss was dran gemacht werden.

Instalaciones modernas y nuevas. Colchón y almohada muy cómodos. Todo estaba muy limpio. Bastante parking gratuito.

Quizás está un poco retirado de la zona principal (10-15 minutos caminando) y al volver caminando por la noche… al haber descampados, da un poco de respeto.

Very nice room and hotel. Beds were very wide. Breakfast was typical American (if you like the type), well prepared and large, including assortment of scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruits and a variety of side dishes. Parking was easy (although charged extra). The little shop in the hotel was very convenient for last minute things (water, snacks etc).

- amazing property, very clean and modern - hot & healthy breakfast (egg, bagel, pancake, coffee, oats, baked potatoes, yogurt etc) - nice flavor water upon arrival - food dispenser/ pantry for emergency - elevators / gym / water fountain / free ice / luggage trolley - nice restaurants like Denny’s near by bus stop close by - no casino or smoke or crowd or security issue - best for kids - fair parking space around the property - electric car charger on site!!!!
