The location was great, the atmosphere was relaxing as it was nestled on a hill mostly surrounded by bush, the pool and spa were fantastic just the right temperature, the only thing i didn’t like was finding a huntsman spider in the bathroom and me with my arachnophobia i freaked out, the bed was sooo comfortable

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful property. It is in a beautiful spot, with amazing views, and is clean and comfortable (although my creaky back had trouble adjusting to a different bed!). Rowena was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back sometime soon!

We were in the 1 bedroom villa. Loved everything - Rowena has thought of 'every little extra' and gone above and beyond to create a beautiful 'home away from home' experience. Kitchen really well equipped (no oven, but is a decent sized toaster oven with hot plates, air fryer, microwave, frying pans, etc, etc) plus all the other nirmal appliances and utensils. Free internet, Free Netflix dedicated to its own account, pool towels in unit to use at pool and spa. View from balcony and pool area looks over valley to Surfer's Paradise and the sea. Fabulous at any time, but especially sunrise as the sun rises directly behind Surfer's. Lots of little, well gestured 'extras' as surprises that were unexpected but most welcome. Can't fault anything. LOVED OUR 3 NIGHT STAY.

We had a car so this was a great location for day trips in all directions, but not ideal if you didn't have your own transport. If got your own wheels though, it's great!

Peaceful, quiet. Nature was stunning. The sunrise, moon rise and view are breathtaking.. the hosts are helpful and prompt.

Everything in the home was so practical, combined with the absolutely stunning location and lovely hosts we had the most PERFECT weekend!

Great views and fireplace. Comfortable and self contained and had all the conveniences needed. Comfy bed. Wonderful hosts.

Could get noisy when the adjoining house was occupied by a family. Shared pool and spa not ideal.

The friendliness, how clean and spacious it was, the fire was a beautiful night. The free wine and chockies in the fridge which were not "mini bar" items, they were freebies which was such a nice touch. I felt very welcome. Rowena even showed me a resident koala with her umbrella when I first arrived which was sensational. Even kindling for the fire so it started so easily. Felt very welcome and enjoyed every minute. If I am ever up that way again, I would definitely consider going back.
