Very clean and the staff were so nice!

No area to buy snacks.

The property it's at a great location , has a nice pool , the area is very secure .

The place it's nice . However i stayed at room #12 for one night and I ended up not being able to sleep do to the Ac Unit kept doing a really loud sound every 20 minutes , I originally wanted to stay 2 nights thank God I only booked for one night . The was the only part that I really didn't enjoy . other than that the place it's really nice , just the way it looks in the pictures

Everything was very nice! Exceptionally clean and thoughtful. Loved that there was a clothes steamer! So needed! Very near the beach, shopping and restaurants. All within walking distance. Very enjoyable! The staff was very sweet! Lots of Very's! Loved it!

There were some large stains on the chaise part of the couch. Small stain on the first cushion. I could tell they were cleaned but didn't come all the way out.

Towels changed out daily per request and clean

Low water pressure, water not hot, parking very limited, room not as described very small and very noisy at times.

I liked the pools and the location.

My partner and I woke up with bug bites a few nights in a row. Even tried changing the sheets, but nothing helped unfortunately. It really disturbed the enjoyment of our stay.

Well maintained and comfortable place in the middle of Ocean Park with easy access to the beach and close proximity to the airport. The pools are very nice. Good restaurants in the neighborhood.

Our stay at Rosa Lina was exceptional. The facility is clean and secure. Several good places to eat and the airport nearby. Two pools, great AC, excellent shower, easy check in/out with lock boxes. As nice as many fine hotels.

There weren’t enough bath towels for 4 people. The kitchen didn’t have dish washing liquid or sponges. The a/c in the second bedroom didn’t work. An email was sent but didn’t get a response, luckily we were only there for one night.

The building was such a wonderful surprise, an oasis in the middle of bustling Santurce! We checked in late, enjoyed the lovely pools, and headed to the airport early in the morning. Rosalina OP was quiet, exceptionally well designed, and overall a great find.

The water in the shower was not hot enough.

I like the safety and security of the building it was nice and clean... they did bring a bag of ice and they did have the balloons setup for my daughter other than that that's all I have nice to say

I didn't like that I paid for a penthouse and didn't have access to the balcony after it was advertised, I didn't like that the hot water never got hot the pool shower hot water was hotter than in the room, I didn't like that the refrigerator didn't get cold I spent $198 in groceries that I had to throw out because the temperature wasn't right no water are ice coming from the refrigerator, they said it had cookware which included 1pot small and 1 pan , the power went out one day the air conditioner started making a loud noise 3am and started shooting out ice and it'd plenty more the bed collapse our first night they put bricks under it the bathroom sink stoopee wouldn't come up. I wish I had space to write more and upload the video of the air conditioner noise

The pool and courtyard are wonderful. Room was super comfortable.

My only issue is that because the rooms face the courtyard directly any noise from the courtyard is very easy to hear in your room.

We loved the pool and courtyard. Loved the kitchenette.

Disliked the brightness in the early morning. The door needs a sun shade too.
