The condo had everything we needed ! It was in a perfect location and beautiful all around

This location is great for getting in and out of the resort area. The pool area is really nice, but you do have to get there early to get chairs. It's great to have an alternative to the beach for young children. The owner was responsive and helpful, we were happy with all aspects of this property and would return.

We enjoyed our stay and had enough room for all 6 of us. Overall okay experience. There were no grilling utensils which was disappointing given there were on site grills. The listing said there was a wagon, and that was also not there. I wish we had known that since this room was at the end of the hall, literally the farthest walk from the pool and beach. The pools were very full with a lot of unattended teenagers. Not sure if we’d return to the Waterscape facilities again.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and a 5 year old. We spent the majority of our time at the beach, but the pools were great for our son when we needed a break. We loved the condo and the communication with Michael was great! He responded quickly and was so nice. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. The grills by the pool were very convenient and the tiki hut was nice for a quick snack. We would definitely stay here again!

This property feels like staying in a friend’s home, in the best possible way. So many comfortable extras were in the unit including extra blankets, plenty of towels, a hairdryer and curling iron, reusable K-cup for the coffee maker (which also made a carafe), even a junk drawer with scissors and a screwdriver! The entire building is a little older than some, but the cleaning/maintenance was beyond excellent. The unit itself is in the perfect location, close walk to the pools but out of the main corridor so you don’t hear doors slamming all night. This was the quietest beach property I’ve ever rented even with a hundred or so families on site. Security was amazing, and the pools were so spacious that all guests had room to spread out. I wasn’t crazy about the pool restaurant, and there was road construction that makes it impossible to walk on the main road to any shops. However, we found we could walk 8/10 of a mile down the beach to reach the Boardwalk with several restaurants and shops. Overall an amazing stay!

Great location convenient to parking. Clean and plenty of space. Received everything we needed to know well in advance and room was available even though we arrived a few minutes early.

This property is absolutely amazing. It was super clean, had a ton of room and most importantly you deal directly with the owner. Check in was super smooth and we had a little issue with the TV not working an within the hour the owner had someone out and it was fixed. The owner is fantastic and I would 100% recommend if your looking for a place to stay that you consider this property. GREAT facility and location!
