location great, so comfortable for unrelated friends, more than enough room for all of us, and that roof deck was such an added bonus! Loved also the abundance of towels (one of us swam in the ocean every day even tho it was still a relatively cool May)

Great FI rental! This place had a lot of things going for it and was the perfect house for our family vacay. The screened-in porch was great for dinners without the hassle of nighttime bugs and the top deck was great for breakfast with a breeze and all the sunshine (if it rains the dining table is huuuuge and perfect for a family bbq). It’s got a window ac in every room (ac is not a guarantee in FI rentals I’ve experienced) but with all the sliding doors we were very happy just letting all that fresh ocean air in. Kid-friendly house, we had toddlers & older kiddos with us and the house layout really works for all ages. Lots of beach chairs and towels and the much-needed wagon to get around. Such a short walk to either the beach or into town for ice cream was so easy. We’ve stayed in more remote communities on the island before, and this time we learned that there’s a lot to be said for staying where everything is two minutes away. Just like the picture we really had deer stop by to graze in the yard every day (kids loved that). Grownups did have to work remotely and one person working at dining room table, one person on the screened in porch, and the host’s speedy wi-fi was a great setup. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!
