Great pool!

My family and I had a great time during our stay. Tom was in communication with us the whole time and texted to make sure we had everything we needed. Pros: The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a small rollout bed as well as a high chair and pack n play to use. It was awesome to have extras like a roll of paper towels, Keurig coffee/ creamer/sugar, and supplies to make s'mores. We were able to enjoy the pool and even tried fishing in the canal with my oldest daughter. The location was close to many things. We were able to do things with my daughters during the day, and then take my mom to the casino at night. Cons: We really didn't have any cons. The house offered everything we needed for a great mini vacation. Two things I would offer as an improvement suggestion for the future would be to trim the pothos vine back off the playground equipment. My daughter didn't want to play on it because of the vines. And maybe have a cleanup of the landscaping in the front and back.

House was in the perfect location for us. House is nice and roomy. Just want to mention a few things: Listing states heated pool and hot tub, pool was not. Didn’t stop us from enjoying it though! The house has no bureaus and NO hangers or hooks! No way to hang your clothes. There are rods in closets but no hangers. I purchased my own hangers so I could hang things. Closet in my room had no doors so had to look at my clothes and suitcase the whole time. No hooks in the bathrooms. Not sure where we were supposed to hang wet towels, bathing suits, etc.

Tom, stayed in touch and check on me multiple times to make sure everything was good. Excellent host

Host was very responsive during the whole process from booking to departing. Property was exactly what we were looking for. We love relaxing outside in the backyard oasis during the days the most.

Very nice place! Had a great time. Very clean and the communication with the owner was fast and easy.

This house was very comfy and spacious for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was very clean. Tom checked in several times to see if we needed anything. My son loved that they left us s'mores to make at the fire pit. We were also within 10 min to busch gardens. We will definitely book again.

Everything was terrific. We had several members of our family flying into Tampa on the day we checked in and Tom was incredible. He was so communicative, and he allowed us to check in early, which was huge and so kind of him. He checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was good. The location of the property was perfect based on all the activities and places we went. We could not have been happier. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. It’s clear they care about their property and want only the best for their guests. The pool was warm and the patio area was such a relaxing environment. The neighborhood was so quiet! We would highly recommend the property. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely look to stay there again.

We rented this location for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! The place was clean and roomy, the location was fairly close to the areas we went to, and the beds were comfy! We did have to purchase some blankets because there weren’t enough for all the guests and we would have liked the hot tub to be a bit warmer as well. Overall, a great stay!

Worked out great for extended family and pets for graduation weekend! Property was clean and well appointed. Communication and check in/out were seamless. Interior is very nicely renovated as seen in pictures. Numerous outdoor features and nice view of the canal/nature.

Everything was as listed. I would recommend adding some items to kitchen such as mixing bowls and measuring spoons We enjoyed our stay!

We had 10 of us stay here for an adult hockey weekend at the Ice Sports Forum. 10-15 minute drive to the rink and less expensive than hotel rooms. We enjoyed the home - very cute and clean. Plenty of room for 10 adults. Pool and hot tub were nice. Great hosts. Thank you!

Nice house that is well furnished, clean, and updated. Great place to stay if attending a concert at the nearby amphitheater

The host was very accommodating and we were lucky to get this place due to hurricane Ian. Very clean and friendly neighborhood. The pool, hot tub and kayaks gave us plenty to do and the fire pit was nice for smores and the cooler nights from the weather. Very close to Busch Gardens and the Hard Rock Casino!

Family friendly home Made a great home base for our vacation. Pool and hot tub were really appreciated after long days at amusement parks.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party trip and it was great! We loved hanging by the pool and it was a short Uber ride to beaches and bars!

Not only was he patient with us before our stay fielding all sorts of questions, but was also extremely accommodating throughout our stay. Tom was quick to respond and is overall one of the best property managers I have dealt with! The property itself was wonderful from the pool to each bedroom (which each had plenty of space) and was also in a great location! Overall a great stay!! Cannot recommend this place enough!

We were in Tampa because our son was getting married. Our family stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and kayaks. Great place to stay!

We travel every year to Tampa, 5 adults and 3 kids (7,5,4), this place is the best we have ever stayed, and we will definitely return to. Home is beautiful, 4 large comfy bedrooms. Great kitchen and great room. Plenty of room for 3 active kids. But the pool was best of all! 5 stars. Heated, glorious. Home is centrally located to Walmart, Busch Gardens Zoo Aquarium are 20 min away. Terrific diverse restaurants 20 min away. Awesome place Leah!

Beautiful spot and home was well set up for multiple families

We enjoyed our stay and everything was very nice. It is an older house that has been nicely renovated. The bathrooms were well supplied and bed were very comfortable.
