The house worked out well for providing rooms for the family. We were disappointed that there was only one bathroom.

We are a group of duck hunters and this place is perfect for our trip to north dakota. Has was setup perfectly and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Scott was an excellent host and communicates flawlessly

Excellent location. Close to major highway- made travel easy. House was clean and perfect for our ice fishing group. Will stay there again.

We stayed at the big Gun property as it was in the region our family has a farm. The accommodations were clean and good. The upstairs gets quite hot and the cable TV was not functioning. I certainly would recommend this property to others.

Have plenty of space at spread out. Nice garage space. On site laundry is a need for duck hunting and nice that they provide some detergent and dryer sheets . Nice kitchen and grill. Also new this year was a stainless steel cleaning table.

Cozy spot
Stayed for a a few days while fishing the lakes north of Medina. Very cozy and comfortable beds. Scott was very responsive and courteous. Will stay again if need be.

Amazing Fishing Get Away!
My buddies and I stayed at this property and it was exactly what we needed for a weekend to fish! The property was clean and could accommodate a house full of guys ready to fish. Scott was very accommodating and super responsive. There was a large area in the garage that we could clean our fish and close to the great lakes. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Great hunting/fishing shack
Great experience, clean house with everything you need for a hunting or fishing trip. Owners are easy to contact and helpful.
Clean and comfy. 2021 was my 2nd time staying here and I'll be back for sure!

Great place to stay while hunting
Very nice accommodations for a hunting stay. Beds clean and comfortable. Deep freezer for your birds. Scott is always easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend. I only wish the garage was heated for the dogs, but not a big deal.

The place is absolutely set up for hunters. We had six guys and did not fill crammed. The out door space is great. The only thing we thought was missing was a fire pit.

Great place to enjoy the outdoors and then return to a comfortable little home. If you like fishing or hunting this is a great location. It also brought me back to memories of small town living or returning to grandpa and grandmas farm when I was young. It was fun to share that experience with my kids.

Anybody looking for an affordable hunting/fishing trip. This rental is perfect.
We had a 6 man group stay here. We all had our own beds. Accommodations were clean and tidy. This place well suited all of our needs. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. I definitely recommend people stay here when hunting or fishing the area.

Exactly What We Needed
My friends and I were looking for a place to spend a week in NoDak while duck hunting. This place was perfect as it was owned and setup by duck hunters. We had plenty of rooms for everyone to spread out. A living room big enough for everyone after the hunt, ample kitchen that was setup with all of the supplies anyone could want. The best part was having a garage to store our small boat when not using it and a place to clean birds out of the wind and elements. Communication was great with Scott and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the property again.
