We had the absolute best vacation this year. This house was the most perfect spot for my family. Fishing off the back porch, kayaking down the canal and, The best sunrise and sunset views we could’ve asked for. We have already planned our vacation for next year.

Great place to stay!! Owner was quick to respond and very nice. My grandsons found a love for fishing off the back deck where they stayed most of the time. Beautiful home with pretty much everything you need. Already planning a trip back next summer.

We loved it!! It was so nice and clean. Perfect location and the fishing was great! The house was set up with everything that you could need in the kitchen. It was very relaxing and quiet. I will definitely tell my family and friends. We are already planning another trip with our kids and we would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stayed here - had a few minor issues in the beginning that our host was quick to act upon.. we had a lovely family vacay and enjoyed the house! My husband and kiddo were also super impressed by the ultra cold AC!! That’s always a plus for them!

Property was nice and clean. We totally loved the deck. My husband had a great time fishing and talking to the neighbors. Plenty of room and spacious! David was super attentive and answered all my questions. We enjoyed our stay!

This property is the perfect location as advertised. The house is very cute and a good size for 2 people and actually 3-4 would be fine here too. My issue with the house is the cleanliness. When we first arrived the house had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The owner was very responsive and got the cleaners there immediately to clean it. Then it was "surface" clean. The house is just in need of a very deep cleaning. Also the dishwasher needs to be replaced. The only way we could get it to run was to prop a chair against the door to hold it shut. It was obvious that the housecleaners just put the dishes away without checking them. We had to rewash everything we took out of the cupboard. There is no storage for guests to use. The closets are either locked or stuffed full. This house is in the perfect location and is very cute and I regret that I cannot give it a higher rating.

What a treat! Fabulous location, comfortable accommodations, and the best shower ever! This is a property you will definitively want to check out! Loved every minute!

We enjoyed our stay, easy access, quiet community

We spent a rainy thanksgiving at this property and it was so wonderful! Lovely house on the canal accross the street from the beach… big windows to sit and see the water. Check in was easy, location was perfect, communications with owner was easy, house was super clean, bathroom was updated and beautiful, it was super cozy and had great amenities (spices in pantry, pots, pans, bathroom soap/shampoo. Paper towels. TP, towels, TV with netflixks and Disney plus, amongst other programs). We used the kayak, loved the bunk beds, and there was a separate downstairs room perfect to rest and relax away from the rest of the house- this MIL suite). I’d TOTALLY rent this house again! - family with 2 parents, and kids 7, 9, and 12.

David is a very responsive and hospitable owner. Has everything we needed.

This was a Beautiful place to stay right on the water. We could fish on the back porch and sit on the deck in the morning and watch boats go by. The boat launch is very close to the property but is very slippery so launch with caution! It was very quiet and a very safe neighborhood! Not enough towels and supplies provided so bring them with you. Otherwise, amazing place and we will stay here again!

Have stayed here several times. Love the Terramar location. House meets all my needs, clean and well maintained. But what makes this location even better is the owner (David Bell). Easy to communicate with and very responsive to inquiries. MUCH better than dealing with 3rd party property managements. Look forward to staying again. Will be back soon. Thanks David!!!!

Everything was great

It was a bit disappointing to arrive to the home and it was not clean. It took the cleaning crew about an hour and a half to arrive plus about another hour to clean. After this we really enjoyed the home, the location and the neighborhood.

This was the perfect spot for our beach getaway with family! It’s a short 10-minute walk to a wonderful beach and also has access to a really nice pool. We loved being on the canal and spent a ton of time on the back porch and deck - beautiful sunsets! It was clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and there are lots of pool/beach toys as well. I would definitely recommend it and would come back!
