The place was very nice and comfortable for the price. Not too much more you could ask for. There was space to cook which was pretty useful , although the room has two beds it was spacious enough. Can’t complain about much other than there being some dust around.

Wonderful Ground Floor appt
So say to get in and out with my older dog. Neighbors upstairs had dogs too so I did not feel bad if mine made a little noise. Very posh little apartment. It is in an older complex, but, I feel, because of that there was a huge central courtyard. I would stay again.

Convenient location
We had a very easy check in process and the property is located in the midst of the town so it wasn’t difficult to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat at or shop for the day. Host was very attentive when needed.

Best place in 4 years
My friend and I have been using VRBO to come stay in Gainesville for the past 4 years. This place was the best place we have stayed, by far. I certainly hope it will be available when we return next year.

I wanted a place close to the freeway for a good price and that’s what I got. This apartment is hidden between the freeway and the mall in an older complex. The complex was quiet and parking was easy. There is a Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, and BJ’s Brewhouse among other conveniences within the mall parking lot where the complex is situated. My main setback was the lack of hot water in the shower, although it didn’t bother me enough to alert the owner. There were some bugs seen during our first two days and bug spray was provided to address that issue.We enjoyed the Cypress and Grove Brewing Company for their beer, farmer’s market, and live music, but that was the extent of our outings during a pandemic. Food delivery was easily accessible.
