The staff was very helpful and friendly nothing to much. Very clean room lovely view on to the beach.

We have stayed at this Hotel a few times and we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely refurbishment of the rooms.It had a lovely coffee machine, small fridge with bottled water and some milk in.The whole room had a nice modern warm feel to it. The Hotel is in a Prime location for coastal walks and close to other pubs and shops.

The downside was the change to the breakfast menu We were expecting a nice cooked full English like we’ve had in the past! We realise that some places have had to re think about making changes and cut backs but the breakfast is now very limited.Also the location of where you have placed the breakfast is too dark and very little space to help yourself to cereals

spacious, clean, quality furnishings, foods, drinks and toiletries. very comfortable bed, great to have a mini fridge, Dyson hairdryer, phone charger etc. Friendly staff. Good location with parking nearby.

Only one disappointment was the shower wasn’t plumbed in properly and not a drip of water ran through. The weather was very hot whilst we were staying and a shower was a must.

Great location, easy parking (even during a busy bank holiday), very welcoming. Room 9 very comfortable, nice decoration, good quality bed linen and towels, spacious bathroom. Great to have two chairs and a coffee table. Lovely breakfast included.

we loved the location, the rooms were excellent and newly done out. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the breakfast choice could be improved particularly the fresh fruit which was just apples. the hot selection was also limited.

I thought it was more of a boutique bed and breakfast until I copped a load of the food. What a great selection. The highest quality and locally sourced. Put a real high on what was a lovely stay. Proximity to the beach was awesome and I'd definitely go again. Clean, tidy, friendly and memorable. Thanks very much guys :),

Having to book in by 10pm and cutting our meal at the station kitchen short in order to do so :/ Would have enjoyed some nuts and a wider selection of fruit for breakfast, but that's just me being picky.

Very friendly staff, excellent service and very clean. Good location. Room was warm and cozy. Bathroom was very clean, tidy and well layed out. Shower worked well. The bathroom was very well lit. Poor bathroom lighting has often been an issue with other hotels we have stayed at.

The Bookings.com description didn't always tally with the hotel web site - for example, the "sea view" claimed on Bookings.com didn't exist for the room the site reserved and the breakfast wasn't actually a Full English. If we had checked the actual hotel web site properly this would have been clear however. The actual cooked breakfast was a choice of eggs and bacon and a continental selection in reality and was very good!

The location is perfect for a stay in West Bay & the Jurassic Coast. The room I stayed in was comfortable with everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. The staff are all friendly & helpful. The food is excellent The breakfast options and quality of the food is all you need for a long day walking the Jurassic Coast. There’s also some good Ales to choose from at the bar.

The hotel is being refurbished .. many tired parts. No choice of pillow.. and the ones provided very firm.. poor nights sleep. Shared experience with owners who thanked us for being honest.
