The property was super clean and well located within Engelberg. We had 2 apartments- a one bedroom and a two bedroom, and both were immaculate. It was around 300m to the supermarket and not too far from the cable car to Brunni. The communication was great.

The 2 bedroom was slightly small- to the point that it became painful to move around with 4 people without crashing into each other. The app they use to check in had some issues, although they were very prompt in fixing the issues and the communication was great. The trash management was a bit difficult - the bins were locked outside…

Apartment was very nicely done.

We stay at a great apartment. It was well equipped - with all the kitchen appliances, coffee machine, washing machine, etc. The kids even had toys and books for them. It was clean and quiet. The apartment is very well located - just beside the parking lot and the free shuttle stop. The team was excellent - we communicated via the mobile app, and they helped us with everything.

The apartment was ready a bit late - 30 mins after the official check-in hour.

Clean, pretty with all the necessary facilities and equipment. Very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pretty garden. I'd gladly recommend

The apartments don't have a balcony

The location was fantastic as was the outdoor patio and the mountain view. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. The communication with the host was good, very fast and responsive, and I loved the welcome cake.

It is really at the great location. The house is very clean, bright and pleasant to live in. We were pleased by the hospitality of owner, there was a lovely and tasty yummy cake welcoming us inside. During the whole stay the service is prompt and pleasant. It will be our first chose if we come back to Englberg. 5 stars🙂

It was the second time we visited Alp Apartments and the experience was as excelent as the first time. The location is perfect and the appartment was really nice with many little details that make the difference. For sure it will be a third time. We felt like home

Overall the stay at Alp Apartments was very good! The apartment was equipped with all the necessary facilities, it was clean and well heated and the staff very friendly and helpful. Plus the location of the house is very central, right next to cafés and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Alp Apartments in Engelberg.

We booked 4 apartments and stayed 4days. The location was perfect in the center of Engelberg. The property was cozy, smells nice, very clean and exactly same as their photos. Extra marks for the digital key system and it was very easy to use. USB ports were ready in the bedrooms and living room, so we don’t even need to use our adapter to charge our gadgets. All shoes need be to stored at the entrance and we just need to use slippers prepared by the owner to go into the apartment. As Malaysian, we don’t use shoe in our house. Hence, extra love for that!

Close to Coop supermarket and Restaurants . Walking distance to Train/Titlis/ Brunni Station Property is new and very clean. Many shelves & storage to organize our bags Very comfortable sofa and big TV to relax after a long day at the mountain. Kitchen is complete with Microwave, oven, dish washer and fridge. Property smells nice and has good heating in the bedroom. Good response from property team thru booking.com and their own App. The App has all the functions to check in/ early storage of our bags / check out.

The house is lovely. We had once before stayed at this house, but in another apartment (Titlis). This time we stayed at Sonne. Titlis absolutely met our expectations. Lots of little details make the place special. The location of the house is great.

First, the check-in procedure had changed: we now were asked to download an app. It took a few discussions by messenger to be able to get into the house without downloading an app. That was annoying but it worked at the end. Last time we stayed at the house, we stayed in one of the upper floor apartments, which is simply wonderful. This time, we didn't see the names of the apartments when booking and where surprised when we arrived at apartment Sonne that there was no full bathroom. We didn't expect that as there was no info on booking and we paid the same price as for the bigger apt last time. So it was a surprise. There was only one sink in the kitchen sink, which was for cleaning the dishes as well as brushing the teeth. The owners were very friendly and offered us to change for the second night to another room for an additional fee, which we kindly declined. Otherwise the house is beautiful and full of details.
