Great house, loved the location

We absolutely loved our stay at Whitney Cottage! The host was incredibly helpful and hospitable to us while we were there. The are guide she sent was so helpful in choosing where we would go each day, and the snacks and drinks in the fridge was such a homey touch! We spent hours by the fire and playing cornhole in the sunshine. We hope we get to stay with them again in the future!

This is a MUST stay VRBO! A charming house that is newly remodeled in a nice, quiet neighborhood! There is plenty of space inside and 2 covered porches. Stephanie has so many extras amenities in this house; and also a coffee bar, snack bar and drinks in the frig! The kitchen is furnished with everything you would need to cook if you don't want to eat out. You WILL LOVE this home! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful few days!

The Whitney Collage was just as advertised. Stephanie was a great host. The property was very clean and well maintained. The snacks and drinks were an added bonus. The bathrooms were stocked with just about anything you'd need. I would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars for sure.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo rentals and this was by far one of my favorites!! The attention to detail was incredible. They absolutely thought of everything. I loved the Christmas bedding and all the snacks and drinks, too. We will definitely stay here again…💚💚💚

This adorable home situated blocks from Main Street in adorable Fredericksburg Texas was the perfect location to celebrate my husband's birthday. We brought our dogs and the completely fenced yard with the automatic gate made the travel experience with our fur boys great. The house was decorated in Christmas loveliness with every detail addressed - from the dog bowls and leashes to the plethora of lotions and body sprays in the master - nothing was missed. The supply of sodas and waters and snacks as well as a fully equipped kitchen was tremendously appreciated. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor lights and were very comfortable in the location and the neighborhood. We had a terrific time and will return - thanks to our host Stephanie this was a great memory for my husband's 71st birthday.

This home was the most perfect place for our girl's trip. Nice, quiet neighborhood near Main Street. Home was stocked with any items we might could possibly need. We enjoyed our visit immensely and cannot wait to come back!

This house exceeded my expectations. Stephanie, was a great host, quick communication and she made it very easy to check in with keyless entry. This house had everything you could want and more! Stephanie had the house very stocked with sodas, water, and snacks, for everyone which was greatly appreciated! She had plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, and the kitchen was fully stocked, with everything you could need to cook. She made the checkout process very easy also. There were five women in the house, and the accommodations were perfect. We were all very comfortable. We were also able to walk to Main Street, which was nice and had access to restaurants and shops. I would recommend this house to anybody. The fenced in yard was wonderful and we all felt very safe during our stay.

We absolutely LOVED this house! Stephanie was wonderful to work with and had so many special touches for us, even snacks and drinks for us to enjoy! It was exactly what we needed and we would defiantly stay there again in the future!

10/10 recommend this property! The most adorable home in a precious and safe neighborhood! The house has literally everything you need to make you feel warm and welcome! I’ve never been offered so many drinks and snacks upon arrival to any other rental! My dogs loved the yard and the toys left for them to play with during their stay! Will definitely be back!

The Whitney cottage was perfect. We enjoyed being able to bring our 4 legged family members. We think they had just as much fun and enjoyed playing in the yard. It was a nice surprise that there were drinks and snacks available, when we arrived every one was extremely thirsty . Check in was easy and simple. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again.

My family of 6 stayed here for Easter weekend! No detail was overlooked in this charming cottage. Stephanie has gone above and beyond to think of everything & then some to make it a perfect stay. Snacks - dog toys, stocked kitchen- super clean - perfect location- super cute outdoor area! I would absolutely stay here again! One of the best places I have stayed in.

This was our first time to Fredericksburg and rented this adorable house. The neighborhood is lovely and very close to main street. The house was so clean and well stocked and we felt right at home there. Having the yard for my daughters dog was such a bonus. We will definitely stay again!!

The Whitney cottage was perfect for our stay in Fredericksburg -- conveniently located to downtown, comfortable, and complete with a variety of snacks, goodies and supplies. The fenced yard was probably our favorite amenity and was perfect for our two dogs, who love to explore and run. I would highly recommend.

We have been to Fredericksburg many times and usually stay in Hotel but we wanted to do something different, since we were also taking the dogs. The Whitney Cottage was PERFECT and we could not have asked for a better place. There were 5 of us, plus our 7 month old granddaughter and the 2 dogs. The home had plenty of room, was very welcoming, extremely clean and relaxing for all of us. The snacks provided were perfect and had all the amenities we needed. Stephanie was easy to work and responded quickly, to any questions. The yard was very large and the dogs were able to run around and play, when we were there. We will be staying again at the Whitney Cottage and recommend it. - Nancy

Stephanie was a great host. The house was just perfect for us. So warm and farm like. Nicely decorated. Stocked with everything you'll need and more. The snacks were a nice touch. Have never had treats at other VRBO's like this before...it was great! Great location. Would definitely go again.

We were really impressed with the Whitney Cottage! Our stay was through the Christmas holidays, and we were a bit bummed to think that we would be celebrating Christmas without any decorations or a tree, but the Whitney Cottage did not disappoint! Our host, Stephanie, had a full set of holiday decorations throughout the cottage, including a Christmas tree! We felt so happy, and this was very thoughtful of her. The cottage itself was very well appointed, with coffee, sodas, snacks and everything you need in a kitchen to make meals. We did a bit of grocery shopping, and most of our meals at home. There were plenty of extra blankets to be had and fresh clean towels! My son and his partner really enjoyed the fire pit, and the cottage was really close to everything downtown. I would highly recommend this place for anybody visiting Fredericksburg. Oh, yeah, and for those pet lovers, the house is fully fenced with an electronic gate. The dogs loved running around outside safely. Great stay! Five stars!

This home has it all from a quiet neighborhood to all the amenities a home away from home could have! If you are debating where to stay, debate no more, this home will make you not wanna leave. Stephanie was wonderful to work with, and I hope to get back soon!
