Great location, easy access to beach, pool, tennis/pickle ball court and the Trolley Stop for hot dogs.

My husband and I, along with our teenage boys, had an incredible week staying at this house. The property manager was very responsive, even leading up to the week we started our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked, and just steps away from all of the conveniences. This is one of the best properties we have ever vacationed at. Highly recommend!

Lovely property with wonderful ocean views and convenient location. The balcony was perfect for celebrating our new UNCW graduate and relaxing with gentle sea breezes. Thanks for some very special family memories.

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. Steps from the beach and the pool, it is spacious, modern, and bright. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking, and I loved the colorful serving platters. Great porch and lower level patio for relaxing outdoors. The bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds and extra linens. The owner and/or property manager always responded quickly with answers to the few questions I had, which was a plus. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

We had a great long weekend in Wrightsville Beach. The property is walking distance to all shops and restaurants. It was so nice to not worry about parking. Facilities were great and house was clean. We could have used a little more direction on finding things (outdoor shower, beach chairs), but otherwise it was a perfect stay. Thanks!

There were 3 racers and 2 supporters staying at the condo for our race. The location was excellent for the event as well as just making for a fun trip. So amazing to hear the ocean and enjoy the beach. The condo was well appointed and communication with the owner was great. Lovely deck over looking the beach with easy access. Loved the outdoor shower! Easy walk to restaurants, ice cream and town.

This place was everything we wanted: We could see the ocean, it was a short walk to the beach, had a pool and was very well equipped. It was close to Wilmington so we had more night-life than most beach vacations and we were in walking distance of restaurants and shops.

This property was great for me and my husband’s needs. The ocean views from the main living and master are terrific. Parking convenient in the car port. We enjoyed the tennis court and easy walking access to restaurants and beach. The master bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed hearing the ocean sounds at night. We would definitely rebook this property.

The place was wonderful....location/amenities/cleanliness. Everything was great! The property manager was very helpful and easy to contact. We will definitely consider coming back again soon!

Inside of property was not like the pictures. Unit was beat up - stains on carpet, dirty/stained comforters. Could have been cleaner. Had to contact Property manager as freezer, oven were dirty. Bathroom rugs were filthy. Garage laundry area was also a mess.

Wonderful place to stay, you couldn't beat the location. The views from the house, especially the Master bedroom were amazing. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us! The property manager, Virginia was right on top of everything and so easy to contact.

Best location for easy access to ocean and local dining! Two families with little ones and the size of the property was perfect.

Great location and plenty of room for friends traveling together. The unit is as pictured. Easy to walk to many places, especially the beach. Definitely will book again next time we visit Wrightsville!

Property was very nice and updated. Virginia the property manager was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and getting us a few parking passes for family to park when they visited.

Beautiful view, great location. Very attractive decor but overall housekeeping needs improvement. Online listing should say that linens are an extra charge. We have stayed in many vrbo’s in other states ……. Really curious that N. Carolina beach rentals do not include linens?!?!?

We used to live in Wilmington, have owned on Surf City and have frequented many other NC beaches and rentals. This rental was SO nice. From the property manager reaching out and being so responsive, to the cleanliness, beautiful decor, porch looking over the ocean, amazing view from the master... everything was a dream. The location is also unbeatable. You can walk to anything you need including hot dogs for lunch, biscuits and gourmet coffee for breakfast and Tower 7 or other spots for dinner. Delivery also available from pretty much all of Wilmington restaurants. The pool option is also great for breaks from the beach. Highly recommend!!

The property was clean! The views were amazing!!! The location was awesome! The property manger was accessible and answered all of our questions.

We are a group of women from NC and NY who have gotten together for the last 34 years. This space was the perfect spot for us to hang out this year. We loved being right on the beach, having access to the pool and being able to walk to the restaurants and stores. We loved our stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Station One. The location is great and the townhouse is beautifully decorated, with recent bathroom renovations really kicking it up a notch.

A relaxing environment with updated modern decor. The sitting room and dining room was open and comfortable with smart TV The unit had renovations that gave it a clean feel. The master bed was ok and the master suite was lovely and uncluttered.
