Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. Close to everything in a nice neighborhood.

This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located to our wedding events and trips to Denver, Golden, Rocky Mt National Park and Idaho Springs. The house was very room with different living areas making it great for a larger group or family. They did supply bathroom essentials but in small volumes so you would want to bring your own if staying for more than a couple nights. Plenty of bathroom towels were available. The sliding back door was difficult to figure out how to lock. We were able to lock it but it doesn’t work like it should. The listing also said it had a ironing board but it was not functional and we had to use a sheet instead. Coffee maker is for K-cups. They did have a coffee supplies but it was grounds/filters. Overall a great rental and would stay here again. Walmart is less than a mile to get all your supplies when you arrive.

This property made for a stress free week. Could not ask for anything more.

Rooms were comfy and worked perfectly for your family. The only downside was the AC system - temperature were around 100 Deg F outside on 3 days. The basement stayed cool but the upper floor was warm, as a few vents were not works not and we could not close some of the lower floor vents to balance the air.

The house was very accommodating and clean. All bedrooms had a TV. Nice backyard and many toys for the babies. Walmart was right around the corner. The one issue is that the lock on the sliding back door should be fixed. We did use the wood piece of molding provided. We still felt safe though!

The kitchen is well equipped and home clean and well furnished, including TVs in every room. Everything functioned correctly. Had no problems so no need to contact management. Would stay there again and would recommend to others.

This property was roomy enough for 5 adults, plenty of space/TV's and beds were very comfortable. We ran out of propane while using the BBQ. Bought a new tank and were quickly reinbursed for the cost. We did cook a Thanksgving meal, was a little leary of the older oven, but everything turned out great. Could use more than two wine glasses , a proper cork screw and meat thermometer, but we managed. Although we did not have any small children it was stocked with lots of kid's toys/plates and utensils a pack N play etc. We walked to Olde Town Arvada and grocery shopping near by. All in all a good stay.

It was exactly as listed.

Easy checkin. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds comfortable. Day after checkin was cold and we couldn’t turn on heat. Reached out to property manager, and got a response but no actual help. After two cold nights and mornings, we headed home. Still no heat or signs of correcting the problem. Have never had an issue renting a home before.

House was perfect for our small vacation. Had Everything we needed. Nice location, felt safe at all time! Beautiful home, clean. Had one problem but no biggie! We will definitely book again!

We had 2 families, both with 2 kids under 5, and this house was great for our group. plenty of bedrooms to spread out, toys for the kids were a hit, fenced in backyard was nice when the weather was warm. location was ideal as well- close to several parks and old town.

We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were close to 2 train stations and we used the light rail system to avoid the traffic into Denver. Close to Olde Town Arvada, skiing and an amazing park system linked by bicycle trails. We look forward to visiting again.

This was the perfect location for our family trip. The home was super clean and cozy. The family room with the woodstove was a fantastic place for us to gather each evening to play cards or watch movies. One of our group had never seen snow and lucky for us we were there for the first snow of the year! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Our stay was delightful. Location was great and the home was just the right size for four adults. My interaction with the owner was very good, he answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The home is a short drive from downtown Arvada where we were able to take a short train ride to downtown Denver. Downtown Arvada has a vibrant night life.

The kitchen had all of the amenities needed for us to cook meals for the whole group. There was a small issue with one of the toilets and Scott handled it right away. We really enjoyed the private backyard space with comfortable patio furniture. Plenty of parking and great location conveniently located near Old Town Arvada. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again!

Nice House with entertainment for the family

Everything was very easy and smooth. Needed to stay an extra hour or two after check out and was able to do that which was very nice and helped us out a lot.
