Great except for loud neighbors on the left. Loud music and voices mainly Friday and Saturday evening. This made enjoying pool area difficult.

The house was perfect! Communication was excellent!!!!

The pool was fabulous! King bed was very comfortable. Location was great for going downtown and the parks at the end of the street were wonderful walks and viewing wildlife. We would definatley stay again at this house.

Backyard was lovely. Close to ballpark. Remotes on two of the televisions didn't work. Should provide spare batteries for remotes and light bulbs.

The main feature of the property is the heated pool and backyard which is nicely landscaped. This is a dense residential neighborhood so expect barking dogs and neighbors who like to talk on the phone outside. When quiet, it is bliss. Still good when not. We stayed here while attending three spring training games. When not at the games, we enjoyed spending time at the pool. Bathroom needs some investment.

Only complaint would be the cleaning company needs to do more under master bed was a pile of cat puke and definitely had some animal feces out by the pool we had to clean up.

We fled East when Ian hit, needed a place for myself, my 2 adult children and critters to stay, as I needed to work. Chris was wonderful. House was very clean, stocked with what we needed. Beds were comfortable, nice neghborhood, everything we needed close by. Would I stay again, yes. Would I recommend, yes. Thank you again!

Beautiful backyard and cozy home that is perfect for trip with a small group including pets. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed the closeness of all the events we were attending. Enjoyed relaxing out back in the pool. Somethings that could use improvement were the cleanness of the Outside area lots of weeds and spiderwebs. The inside was how it was described, bonus lots of cleaning supplies and beach umbrellas. Overall we loved the home and would use it again in future.

As this was my first experience not staying in a hotel, it couldn’t have gone any better. The house was really clean and very well maintained upon arrival, which is a great start to a vacation; first impressions and all. The owner, Chris, was gracious enough to let us check in a couple of hours early as well. The next time I go to West Palm beach, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. I would recommend to family and friends for future visits.

Very comfortable stay, had a relaxing time enjoyed the pool. Close to every where we needed to go. Quick responce from owner about little things.

My family had a great time in this quaint little house. We loved the pool, the outdoor lounge area and the Florida room the most. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do and the owners respond promptly. Great house, great hosts!

We will continue to book this house every time we come to Florida! It’s the prefect home for our family vacation. Close to the beach! We love the pool! And Chris always responds quickly with any questions or concerns. Truly a great experience every time we stay here!

Over all excellent experience

Nice place ! Beds are Great. Barbecue needs replacing or at least the grates. Neighbors loud at times. Pool great to cool off after long hot day of fishing.

The overall property was fine. The neighborhood was safe. A plus is that there is a nice park at the end of the road; good for walking. However, some of the neighbors are very loud. Kept us up several nights until very late. Additionally, apparently pets are allowed, we had to clean up several areas with dog poo.

First off, I want to say, WE LOVED THE PLACE! My husband and I spent 2-1/2 months there from 12/27/21 through 3/4/22. The house is genuinely cozy, clean and in a wonderful location near shops, beach, etc! Our only MAJOR complaint, and it's a big one, was the neighbors. The neighborhood was beautifully quiet about 80% of the time. But, after 6pm in the evening and on weekends, all bets are off. There IS A DUPLEX ON THE LEFT SIDE WITH THEIR ADJACENT SIDE PORCHES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HEDGE.(There is a couple right next door that love to scream at each other and over the phone.). THERE WAS A HUGE TO-DO IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING CULMINATING IN SUITCASES AND BELONGINGS STREWN OVER THE DRIVEWAY THE NEXT DAY, FOLLOWED BY TWO WEEKS OF NON -STOP HIGH-DECIBEL PHONE CALLS FROM BOTH SIDE PORCHES. PERHAPS LANGUAGE AND CULTURAL ISSUES ARE A FACTOR, BUT IT WAS DIFFICULT FOR US TO KNOW WHETHER THEY WERE HAVING HAPPY DISCUSSIONS OR ARGUMENTS. EITHER WAY, WHILE THE HEDGE PROVIDES VISUAL PRIVACY IT DOES NOT PROVIDE AUDITORY PRIVACY. SPANISH-SPEAKING RENTERS MIGHT NOT BE SO UNNERVED. Also, the neighbor across the BACK yard has a habit of blasting music very late at night- 10-11:30 FROM his side porch canvas-covered lanais from a very large flat screen TV with a great sound bar. Perhaps if he was playing show tunes or American Song Book Standards we’d have considered it entertaining. It has been reviewed as a very quiet neighborhood and it is not, but most renters have not spent 2-1/2 months in the neighborhood. We talked to Chris about this in the beginning, and he was very attentive, he spoke the the owners of the house, but there really wasn't much he could do. He was quick and responsive to all our needs. Sadly, as much as we loved the house and the location, we would not rent again because of the neighbor/noise situation.

Came for a short weekend getaway and it was perfect. Close to town and shops, private pool was amazing to lay out during the day and dip in to cool off. Would definitely come back to stay in the future!

Nice quiet neighborhood very cozy reminded me of the bungalow homes in Venice beach. Just enough room for you & your spouse swimming pool and was wonderful. Chis communicates back fast will come back again.

We absolutely loved the house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean. Pool was clean. Hoping to stay again next year. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying here. Just got back home this morning and already talking about renting it again in the future. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. My family was only 4 mins away. The zoo literally right around the corner. Grocery store within half a mile and the A1A just down the street! House was cozy and comfortable! Pool was an added bonus. Found ourselves being lazy at the house more than anything! After staying just one night we asked about adding a night and Chris was very accommodating and answered back quick with no problems what so ever. Will definitely stay again!

This was a very nice little house that met all our needs. It was plenty big enough for a two adults and 3 small children. This is an older house with a lot of charm. There were some cosmetic issues and the owner was aware and would be fixing but it didn't bother us. Owner was very responsive. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and relaxing. The neighbors music was a little loud but again, it didn't bother us too much and the music usually stopped around evening time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is very close to the beach, downtown, the zoo, and peanut island. The backyard is perfect for afternoon and evening swimming with the family. The beds were very comfortable. We will come again!

The neighbors would yell all night an morning dog barks but the stay was great enjoying the pool the area was different from my class but I do recommend for others to enjoy this space

Nice clean property . Was big enough for 5 of us . Easy access to mist places .. nearby grocery store to make own meals . We enjoyed the pool . Keep maintaining it and you won’t get disappointed
