As a advertised, this is a wonderful brand new home that has ton of space and is great for families. House was very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and even loads of games. Communication with the owner was great and I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Beautiful, quiet home away from home midway between Glen Arbor and Traverse City. Plenty of room for our group of six adults and three children. The kids really loved playing PacMan in the basement and playing in the large yard. We enjoyed the fire pit, patio and screened in side porch. Dana does a great job anticipating what you might need while on your stay.

This home was perfect for our family! Our adult son had his own area in the lower level. Our daughter and son-in-law were upstairs and we were on the main level. We loved that each group had their own bathroom, and there was plenty of privacy. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch and we even had a few outdoor fires too! The layout of this home was everything a family could ask for. This home is very new and extremely clean and well-maintained. Bonus features were the game room, PAC-Man game, movies, books, and puzzles. There is no question that I would recommend this home to anyone looking for that perfect place, “Up North”. We visited all our favorite spots: Esch Beach, Empire, Traverse City, Lake Ann Brewery, Mari Winery, Ironfish Distillery, Traverse City Whiskey Comp., U & I Tap, The Commons, Sutton’s Bay, Omena Bay (Knot Just A Bar). We all loved our stay here. The beautiful house sits in a great location and offers peace and tranquility. Dana is incredibly well prepared for guests to enjoy the inside with lots of comfy furniture, games and plenty of space to spread out if you’d like. The outside is beautifully landscaped with tons of outdoor games, a gas grill and a fire pit. We enjoyed it all!!

The house was AMAZING! The location allowed us to get to all major attractions in the area quickly and easily. We had plenty of room to hang out as a large group or spread out and enjoy some quiet time. Everything was clean, labeled, and exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend this house.

Everything was perfect. All precisely as represented, only better !! Beautiful, well appointed and well maintained home. We loved it.

New and close (less than 20 min) to Traverse and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Many things were labeled ( light switches, cabinets) which made the stay easier. Lots of bed configurations - we could have slept a lot more than 7!

We had a great time! There were so many activities to do and see in Traverse City. To have a quiet place to come back to and relax was truly rewarding. The "Pac-Man" game console brought out our competitive nature. Truly a gem! Will visit again in the future!

A large group of friends with children coming together to enjoy the region. The house had everything we needed and worked perfectly for our three family units. A quick ~20 min to just about everything. The host was great and very communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

As our daughters begin to leave the nest in all directions, we decided this year to gather for a family Christmas near our oldest daughter. We were welcomed in Traverse City by this warm and beautiful home. We celebrated a very white Christmas as 18" of snow fell over the Christmas weekend. It was a wonderful experience all around. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to make all of our meals and stay inside warm and cozy. The house had great amenities to meet all of our needs and desires. The house was big enough so we could enjoy family time together and also allowed for people to spread out and do what they desired and get a break from playing Barbies! Our entire family enjoyed turning the lights out and playing hide and seek and sardines. Great memories were made. Dana and her husband were available for any needs. The home was lovely and we would absolutely recommend staying at this house!

Our stay was everything we wanted and more. We had kids ranging from 6 months to 15 years old and then 4 adults and everyone had a great time. Everything was very clean, instructions were easy to follow, and Dana was great and made it easy for us. The property is very peaceful and private while also being 20-25 minutes from major attractions. Will be looking to schedule another trip in the near future. Thanks!

Beautifully kept and clean property with lots of space and amenities. We loved our group trip with friends and visited wineries, the casino, and enjoyed scary movies by the fireplace.

Beautiful new house that suited our group wonderfully. The house has all new furniture, appliances, etc. and everything that one would need in a rental house. The owner, Dana, was very responsive to emails, texts, etc. and got to meet her as she came over when we arrived. Would certainly recommend to anyone considering this area. The house is about 15 minutes away from downtown Traverse City so the location was central to that and Sleeping Bear Dunes. All-in-all an excellent property!!

This is the second year we have gathered here for a girls weekend. Beautiful property with plenty of space to visit, cook and gather.

Exactly what our group hoped for in a place to land in the TC / M 22 area. I won’t repeat all things previous reviews have stated. I will say it is true this place is a gem, and it shows in so many ways that Dana cares about her guests and her property!

Dana, The owner personally stopped by to greet us and share some local knowledge on places to go/eat/shop/things to do. etc. Lastly the sowing kit you saved us as someone’s pants split open just as we were leaving for the wedding ceremony.🤓 Thanks again! We had a spectacular time and we were able to access all the areas we wanted within 30 minutes. We had 8 in our party and still had room for more. House is stocked with everything you need. (No dishwater or ice maker -fyi) The host went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The house is super organized and clean. Close to Glen arbor, Empire and Traverse City. We also enjoyed Lake Ann very close to house. Beds are comfy and hot water was unending. We could have used a little faster Internet but not a huge deal. Plenty of parking. Would definitely consider coming here again! Thanks for a great vacation!
