We loved this place! We had a big group of family and friends staying together for the eclipse and this was perfect for us. It's in a convenient location next to a grocery store, pretty easy drive to Austin, and very convenient to and from the airport. The rooms are really nice. We especially liked the upstairs bedroom. So many beds throughout the house, we were very comfortable. And so many toilets! No one had to "hold it." The pool, hot tub, pool table, and bean bag toss provided plenty of entertainment. The kitchen had quality equipment and everything we needed to cook our meals. There was even a neighborhood cat, we named Cosmo, that came around everyday to hang out in the yard. Lisa was superfast at communicating. Thanks Lisa! We hope to stay again one day.

This home is spacious and well-decorated as well as very clean! The pool and hot tub water was also very clean and fresh. Prompt response to communication with owner. Location is close to freeway, grocery store, and lovely park and walking trail along a river. 😀

We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful time at the house. It was easy access to all our needs, shopping and travel to downtown was good.

This place was exactly what our family needed to enjoy a week away from home. Hotel room is not a fit, RV too small and complex to rent, frinds house not an option.. this place was perfect!! The kids, baby, grandparents and niece all had an excellent time, everyone had their own bed even the baby!! AC as cold as you want, movie night with netflix and prime, swim at the pool all day, grandparents enjoyed hot tub and HEB a block away, alll JUST WONDERFUL!! Will definitely book again!!

The pool was the selling point and it delivered, we also added on the hot tub which was very nice. The walking trail nearby was great to get out on and exercise. If ever back in the Austin area we would consider booking again

Loved everything about this house - spacious both indoors and outdoors. No amenity left out - was clean, comfortable and felt like home. My teenagers loved it and said they never want to stay in another hotel when traveling if all the rentals are like this one! The neighborhood is older and established and centrally located. There were a couple homes by this one that were unkept - long grass and not cared for - this had no impact on our visit but it you’re looking for a spot that every yard is well-manicured and every home in perfect condition, this may not be for you. I would recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the Austin area. Great experience!

This place was perfect for 15 girls in a bachelorette weekend! Fit all of us, enough rooms, beds, and bathrooms. We were able to have plenty meals in dining room/living room, hang by the pool and get ready/shower easily. We were able to do a van service to downtown/lake Austin and call Ubers. Lots of stores nearby as well. 30 min from downtown/airport. This house was amazing and fit all of our needs! Book your girls trip here.

It was a pleasure staying at Andy's property in Pflugerville. The house was filled with all of the necessities you could need, papertowels, netflix, disney+, Hulu, Detergent with a Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher Pods, plenty of cups, plates, silverware, etc.
Having everything at your disposal on trips makes traveling and the vacation so much more pleseant.
My family and I enjoyed hanging out by the pool, and eating breakfast outdoors on the patio area. I have rented many spaces over the years on VRBO and AirB&B and this has to be one of my favorite spots I have stayed. I would definietly stay here again!

I visited Austin with a group of 12 girls and we spent the days hanging by the pool and relaxing in our spacious rooms. There is plenty of space for everyone and their belongings as well as an amazing kitchen and dining space. We had an absolute blast and would 10/10 recommend this spot!

The features of this rental are really top notch for the area and price point. The décor is lovely with nice mattresses, pillows and linens. The pool and outdoor furniture is well-maintained. As an added bonus, the house is well stocked with paper products and soaps, shampoos, etc. It made staying here really easy.

Nice getaway.
Everyone loved the pool - kids of all ages. The creek was fun to explore. House was close to things we needed in a quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing. BUT the house/garage smelled like cats. Fire dept sticker said there were 7 cats and 2 dog inside!! Needs a thorough bleaching or something. Also wear shoes by the pool - the concrete got very hot and we had 2 littles get splinters in their feet from the wooden deck.
A house book explaining the appliances, check-in/out process and local stores/restaurants would be nice. I give it a 7/10.

Perfect house for a large group
The house had plenty of room for our large group, without feeling like we were on top of each other. The outdoor space was super private and adorably decorated with plenty of seating. Thanks for our stay!

Enjoyed our time here
We booked this property to kick off summer with the kiddos. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. Spacious and lots of room at tables for everyone. We had a great time everything was as described and communication was great. Overall the whole experience was easy, fast and as expected. check in and check out instructions were easy. I would def book again. thank you so much we enjoyed our stay!

The pool was much bigger than we were expecting, super clean, with lots of floating available. The house was big with lots of sleeping space. Also plenty of space to play board games, sit around and chat, and eat together. We had about 10 people and never felt cramped. Such an amazing weekend!

This beautiful home was perfect for our weekend getaway trip. We were a a group of 10 with mix of kids, young adults, and grandma and grandpa and everyone loved it! The pool was generous sized with the deepest end going 9ft! Which was awesome for my 6’1 husband :) Everyone fit around the dining table for every meal which was very nice. And there was plenty of beds for us and then some. Couldn’t be happier with this property!
P.S. huge bonus for me was being able to do laundry and not have to travel back home with dirty laundry in tow!

The pool was spotless and had plenty of chairs to lounge on and floats to chill in the pool. The owner was so accommodating and answered any questions quickly. The pool was great and my family loved swimming in the pool and walking down to explore the creek. Mosquitos were pretty bad but that wasn’t a huge surprise with all the rain we had over the past month and the creek nearby (some outdoor tiki torches or some sort of mosquito control would have been a big plus). We appreciated the safety locks on the door as we have a 5 year old with a love of water. It was very spacious and fit our group of 9 great with room to spare. Owners were quick to respond and address any questions we had promptly. Check in and out were simple. We would book again.

This property was really spacious for a family of 14. The property manager was easy to contact and always took care of any rising issues. I would definitely stay here again.
