We really enjoyed our stay especially to be able to take along our dogs. It was very dog friendly & a great spot to do lots of walking along the boardwalk.

A great location, close to the boardwalk into town. A heated pool welcomes you with a treed outlook. Even the shower downstairs has treetop views. A dog friendly space with a doggy door. Very comfortable.

excellent stay for our 2 families in this home. lovely bush outlook over the pool & excellent walk down the boardwalk to cafe. Kids & Pups loved it, as did the adults.

Maintenance and cleaning should be looked at. Fan in the main room was dusty and dirty, a few utensils were not washed properly, no proper tea towels, light bulb missing from a lamp, shower knob broke (wear and tear), so many cob webs outside the windows and on the pool fence. The house definitely needs an outside clean. Advised the owner, very responsive and acknowledged our concerns. We had a great weekend away with family, the pool was a bonus, everyone enjoyed themselves. We will definitely visit again.

Facilities were great. House was very roomy. Was really nice to be able to travel with our little dog. He loved the boardwalk in the mornings and grabbing a coffee at the end.

Boardwalk Beach House is a comfortable, well-appointed and maintained home located in a quiet cul-de-sac above Merimbula, overlooking the lake. We found it to be very comfortable and spacious, and enjoyed the use of the solar-heated swimming pool, despite my mobility-challenged wife struggling a little with access to the lower level. Walking to the shops would be a challenge for any but the fully able-bodied, given the steepness of some of the hills and the distance involved, but I was able to get enough exercise swimming most days (despite it raining quite a bit that week) and walking around the town once I'd driven there. The amenities at the property are first-rate; the dishwasher was particularly effenctive and there's lots of entertainment equipment for evenings and rainy days. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our stay, and would be happy to return.

Property was excellent, pool was a huge plus! We would definitely stay again!
