There was 9 of us in our group with two townhouses (6&7). Lots of room and everything we needed in the houses.. Houses were clean the walls need a bit of a touchup and lots of stairs. The beds in the double rooms need some repair as they're bent and squeaky. It is loud but that was already stated. The outside walkway is very uneven so be careful, we did have a wipe out. Uber was very easy to get and moderately priced. Took us 10 minutes to get downtown to Broadway in about 15 to the Opry. Kroger grocery store 4 minutes away.

The place was modern and had good parking. It wasn’t cleaned very well before we got there. One of the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned and the floors were all dirty. Definitely saw remnants of the people who stayed there before us. More towels would have been great. The location was convenient but highway noise is loud and the neighborhood was a little rundown but not unsafe. Overall it worked for our large group.

A few complaints about this property: -Not clearly advertised that “sleeps 20” is two units that are not connected. -We stayed during heat advisory in August, which we learned the air conditioning is not great. Top floor was hard to get cool and it was very muggy up stairs. Even at night time. -both nights we stayed at this property, a random person tried to enter our unit. Both times cameras revealed the people were “disoriented.” But not fun to hear someone try to unlock the door at 1:30 in the morning…two nights in a row. Overall, it was fine. But I would not stay here again.

Location of property worked out great for Uber rides to downtown. Clean and worked well for a group of friends!

This property did not disappoint. It was exactly as described. Based on the size of our group we had two side by side units. The homes were well-equipped and nicely appointed. There were also several nice touches like ear plugs, makeup wipes, and use of the garage. The homes are close to downtown Nashville in an up-and-coming neighborhood with a lot of new development and renovations. Highly recommended.

This property was perfect for our group! The online description was spot on. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space, ample amount of kitchen and bathroom necessities. We will definitely stay again if we return to Nashville.

Our first night, Unit 6 heat was not working, we did not notice it until around 8pm when we were getting kids ready for bed. We had to rearrange sleeping arrangements, moving kids to the other unit. This was very stressful. I contacted Avant, and they were very good at getting back to me, and sent an HVAC technician over to fix the problem, who arrived by 930-1000pm. We did not have any extra towels, or wash cloths in the bathrooms, the toilet paper roll in unit 6 looked like it was previously used by the people before us. We expected a clean unwrapped roll. There was black hair all in the shower. We did mention this to the stay assistant, but however, we had no pictures to show, because when it was noticed, the person was in the shower and could not use the phone. There was also no extra batteries for the sound machines, as they were all dead in unit 7. I contacted the stay assistant, who did bring batteries over within a few hours, and extra towels and washcloths. The condos are right by the interstate, so it was extremely loud at night with passing vehicles on the road. There was dog poop all over the grass areas, I do have pictures of that. My husband and kids stepped in the feces multiple times, so we had to constantly keep cleaning off shoes. The condos were very spacious, and big. We do recommend multiple stair gates that don't require screws for each stair case, we had 4 kids under the age of 3, that we had to use furniture to barricade them from falling down, or going up. Check in is at 4pm, but housekeeping was still there and leaving as soon as we were pulling in. The beds were comfortable, the communication was within a timely manner; however, when you are on a trip and spend over $2000 for a weekend trip, we don't want to keep hassling management over issues that we come upon. My family won't be back to these locations.

There were earplugs in each bathroom because it was so loud in the bedrooms that we couldn’t sleep. Everything was super clean, but they should have advertise this.

Perfect for big groups specially for bachelor/bachelorette. Very clean.

My team and I had a great time at this property! It was clean and beautiful, with plenty of amenities. I think the best part was that each of us had our own room and private bathroom! It was super easy to check-in and check-out, all in all, it was a great process!

Was just right for our family in for a 4 day weekend ending with a Raider/Titan game. Everyone was comfortable and units were clean. We were very happy with our stay and would stay again!

They email you the check in info and we were in a no service area of the Smoky Mountains. Had to call VRBO to get info at check in time. After that hiccup the rest was very good. Units were exceptionally clean and within 4 miles of downtown Nashville. Uber picked us up promptly every day and got our group of 6 downtown for around $20. Lots of new units going up around the area 2 car garage under our units were a good addition. Would definitely stay here again.

The houses were very clean and VERY spacious! Between the two units, our 17 guests fit comfortably and were able to easily mingle with each other. Communication was fantastic. The site manager was one text away with any questions or concerns we had, and was very informative about the Nashville heat, etc. The only downfall was the cost of surged ubers/cabs to get home given the distance of the property to downtown. What started out as a reasonable price around dinner, drastically turned into a very expensive cab ride home. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a large group for a friends trip and this location was perfect! We were able to get 2 units side by side so everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of space and the units are decorated so beautifully! The location is at the end of the road so it felt safe and getting a ride was very easy to make it downtown! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vacation in Nashville. The AvantStay team was responsive throughout then entire process. Our group of 18 had many questions, concerns in the days leading up to and at arrival time. I reached out to the team with these questions as they arose and very quickly got answers back. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Everyone that joined in our vacation event had a wonderful time and mentioned how nice things were at the house rental. Plenty of space for everyone. Thanks again. Very clean, and so much space/ great for groups!

Most importantly, another party somehow got access to our space and walked in during our stay. Since the units are accessed by a door code, we were concerned about our safety & our belongings and asked to get the code changed. Took two phone calls to Management, but it was resolved satisfactorily within 24 hours. Location is mixed low income and industrial. It didnt seem unsafe but is definitely not a pretty part of East Nashville. The building is right on a highway and surrounded by a lot of construction. Ear plugs were provided for the noise but it was too loud & ugly outside to open the windows or enjoy the front patio. All that being said it was close to a lot of good places and an easy 15 minute drive to almost everything. Inside the space is beautiful and well appointed with a few key exceptions: no full length mirrors (we were dressing up for a wedding), our iron seemed to be missing (luckily the 2nd house had one), and, for sleeping so many people, the space could use another couch in the main room and/or a TV in each bedroom [for a rainy day]. Firesticks were glitchy.

We had a fantastic stay!! The host was very responsive to all of our questions. The house was very clean and organized with basic necessities. Just a short drive to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable stay!

This was a great place for our group, allowed us to spread out between the two homes. Like other reviews say, the area was just a short distance from downtown and the Uber/Lyft were plentiful the entire time. The highway noise is constant and you get used to it. We rented a Tahoe and it fit in the garage, barely. I wouldn’t recommend trying to fit any larger vehicle. Careful on the concrete sidewalk!! There are a couple steps that can get you good at night. All in all, very great rental.

The property was perfect for our bachelorette party of 11. It was great because everyone got their own space qnd we had two houses to get ready in. The location was spot on with a short drive to everything. Everyone loved the beds, the only problem seemed to be the showers. Some were backed up pretty bad from previous guest and the pressure was a little low. That's the only problem we found, so pretty awesome over all!

It had everything we needed! We had two units side by side for six couples- everyone had there own bathroom and space. I would say the neighborhood is a bit sketchy but we never felt unsafe - the interstate is right outside the door but you don’t hear it inside. Ubers were 20 to 60 dollars downtown based on time. I would recommend - it would be nice if the bedrooms had a tv.

The townhome was very clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and it was oopen floor plan which it was nice so everyone could interact. Lovely townhomes!

The entire 2 unit property was so beautiful and clean and the beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and plates for our large group and management was really easy to get a hold of!

We had a group of 12 (6 couples). The 2 condos were a really nice option for our group. It was super convenient for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathrooms. The places were very cleaned and well stocked with all the basic kitchen needs. The neighborhood was fair and a little loud because it was close to the highway, but it didn't bother us from sleeping at night. The first code we got was wrong to get in but was taking care of very fast by the company. Uber rides to downtown were 20 to 30 dollars and fairly fast to pick us up. Overall I would recommend staying here for a group!
