It was quiet and had all the facilities I needed. It was good that it had good restaurant.

Massive spider web in room and bathroom very noisy person in room upstairs so didn’t sleep well .

The bathroom was modern and good shower.

The noise was dreadful! The quality of the beds, pillows and linens all poor - worst nights sleep I’ve had in such a long time. No staff on property for assistance. There was no mirror in the bathroom. Staff were rude and inappropriate - arguing in corridors and made comments that weren’t appropriate.

Location

Really strong smell of sewage coming from the toilet and the plug holes. The staff did try to help with bleach and running the water but it didn’t help at all. No available rooms to switch to which isn’t their fault but I had to leave after two nights because I couldn’t bare the smell. Also there was a leak in the lobby with no wet floor signs or anything.

Great location. Everyone was ready helpful and friendly.

The stairs were a challenge for my elderly mother (no lift) however, we should’ve requested a ground floor room for her!

Very clean & friendly.. Super powerful shower.. Comfortable bedsn& quiet rooms.. Plenty of parking.. Also a nice curry house downstairs..

I'm being fussy here but shower could of been a little cleaner around the edges of the tray..
