Position. One street from main area.

Globes blow in front outside lights and light over bed. Another one in kitchen was very dim. Base of shower needs needsre grouting. It is that bad it looks dirty. Surprised they pass inspection by health inspection. Parking difficult. Some clearly have two sites. One for boat and one for 4 Wheel drive .

Central position .

Power switch in toilet wouldn’t turn on and off properly. T V Was very static Unable to watch it on a wet rainy day . No blanket to replace the doona.

Very old place

We waited 2 hours outside the apartment for the person to answer multiple calls and texts asking for the apartment number & code to get in. When they finally answered, they were super rude and dismissive. We only wanted to get into the apartment to get some sleep as we had driven 4 hours. Would never stay here again. The apartment is very dated also.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is convenient to town (within easy walking distance) then the location of this accommodation is ideal. The bed was really comfortable.

As other people have commented on in their reviews the instructions to find the place were very poor and involved us phoning the contact person several times to finally sort out where the accommodation was located. We had no wifi for our entire stay (despite the accommodation stating there was free wifi). We contacted the management a couple of times and were told it was being sorted and nothing happened. In the end we were given a phone number for their Maintenance person and told to contact them directly - very poor service. We also had no TV remote and despite letting them know it was not resolved. The bathroom/toilet is very tired and needs updating.

Good amount of room What breakfast?

1. Difficult to find. Has same address as hotel. Needs a sign. Hotel staff tired of directing people to your accommodation. 2. Toilet continually flushing. Had to turn off inlet tap. 3. TV not working properly. Picture freezes, sound continues. Trying to get another channel produces "not available". Often had to wait over an hour for it to work again, only to fail again.

Everything! I just loved it. Super cute cabin, with everything we needed. Lovely!

Nothing!

It was easy enough to get the keys in the end. However, the exceptionally rude girl at the front office was no help whatsoever, stating she had finished work (30 mins before stated finishing time) and walking off without saying anything else. No dramas with people finishing work early, but imagine if we had needed some help from this person. Surely it can't be that difficult to smile and explain the keys are in a lockbox at the door. We were already aware of this and had just walked to the front reception to be friendly and ensure that nothing else needed to be done.
