We enjoyed our stay and would book with Toni again. Our stay was great with no major issues. Toni was very responsive and prompt with all communication before and during our stay. We had everything we needed, even down to a high chair and play pen. The house was very spacious and accommodated our large family of 14 well. Toni gave us a heads up about construction in the neighborhood so we were not surprised by it but it did not impact our visit at all. The property was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, with easy access to attractions, stores, and food. We would definitely book with Toni again again.

This is a really good value for the number of beds. I will say that the living spaces are a little tight (we had 19 people), so it might be best for fifteen or fewer. If you mainly are looking for a place to sleep and eat breakfast before heading out to explore for the day, it's great. If you are wanting to hang out at the house for extended periods with a large group then this might not be the property for you.

Loved how the house worked out for us. The area was perfect for us. The only thing that was a disappointment was the grill. To dirty to use as we were planning on a cook out one of the nights. Had to cook inside.

Nice spot exactly as advertised. There is a lot of room and it’s a great spot for a group to stay together. It’s in a nice, quiet location that is close to everything. The house was clean, well-stocked, and spacious. Communication and instructions were easy to follow.

The house was great to get together with my mom and our extended family over the holidays -- brothers, nieces, nephews, spouses. There was enough space for 12 to have dinner together (cozy) and then spread out in the living/dining room to open presents and watch a movie. Very relaxing.

Amazing location for our large group. Convenient to everything, fantastic spaces for multiple subgroups to spend time, and amazing responsiveness from the property manager. Will definitely be returning!

We were in town for a wedding. We had several families staying. Our preschooler was absolutely delighted by the surprise playroom. She pronounced it “Fantastic!”. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook. The neighborhood is quiet and good for walking/running. We even saw deer and turkeys. The house is located close to both Minnesota and Saint Paul and lots of restaurants and activities. The home owner was great to work with- very responsive!

This property was perfect for our needs. Location between Valley Fair and Minnesota Zoo was great. Party of 12 had plenty of space.

The house accommodated all of our family. Plenty of parking for the 4 cars we had. Had to contact the owner after the first night because the 2nd floor lost power (A/C). There wasn’t a handrail to get into the house and our party included a disabled person. The recycling was almost full when we got there but we worked it out. Had fun anyway. The house was a great place for us all to stay and prepare food for the big family reunion in Bloomington. Not sure how 21 people could use it. We had 12 and with 2 full bathrooms that was a stretch for us. Still, it was close to the airport, Mall of America and Jensen’s was a great place for breakfast and Clive’s Roadhouse was a good place for dinner (we were there twice)

The house and amenities were exactly as described. The house was extremely clean, well decorated, and well supplied with everything you would need and it's in a perfect location for access to everything. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!

This house was well appointed for my 6 adult family members. It provided separate space for tv, games and visiting. The location was perfect, with relatives in Eagan and Apple Valley.
The kitchen was well stocked- and easy to cook in. The island was a great serving and prep bar . The dining room table easily sat 10’of us.
The connected garage allowed us to easily get our elderly parents in and out for visits and dinner.
The neighborhood was great for walking and very accessible to local stores. We would rent again.

My family enjoyed staying at this home which was very comfortable and an easy drive to the places we were visiting. It was nice having a place to visit with each other in the evenings. The toy area was a fun extra for my sister's grandchildren who stayed with us. I enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to others.

We were a family of 13 adults and were very comfortable. The location was perfect we seemed to be within 15 minutes or less to everyplace we needed to be at and just a short 15 minute drive to the airport is a bonus. The views from the windows are very pretty and lots of room to spread out and talk . Would definitely stay here again!

The Burnsville Beauty is in an excellent neighborhood. The home was very clean and well furnished. The only reason for the 4 stars on the website description is because there was an additional charge of $20 per person per day over the posted rate for each guest over 8. The host was very communicative... and responsive when we had an item break. We felt very safe in the neighborhood! And it is convenient to everything that we wanted to do. Thank you, Toni, for a great first VRBO experience!

We used this property for an offsite meeting in order to have a more informal and comfortable environment with all the amenities of a home. It was perfect! We had a lot of space for discussion, brainstorming, and places to gather together. We would definitely do it again.

We have done a variety of family vacations over the years... skiing, waterparks, warm weather. But, after the last two pandemic years I Just wanted to get my family all together in one place for a few days. We have eight adults and five children (7 and under) in our family. This house and location worked perfect! We all live in the Twin City area...thus "Staycation". There was a bedroom for everyone and the house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. We went bowling at Apple Place in Apple Valley one morning and to the Mn Zoo another. The grandkids loved sledding in the back yard. They also loved the "secret room" (attic space) upstairs where they played games.

Kitchen very well stocked except a total of one small dish-drying towel in the whole place. Also would expect at least a minimum single hand soap to start people out before they get to a store. (None found in any of the bathrooms or kitchen). Otherwise 5 star in every way, and would definitely rent again. Thank you!!

Weekend Getaway
This location was great and in a nice nook of town with easy access to some of Minneapolis sites. We had a large group and had plenty of space for everyone. One of the best aspect was how attentive the property manager was with communication.

This was a charming home located close to everything. Would definitely recommend to families or small groups looking for a central spot to rest and enjoy, and still be close to all the fun in St Paul/Minneapolis has to offer. Would definitely come again and recommend.
