Beds are very comfortable. Pool area is nice, although hot tub is too shallow. Dog friendly and quiet.

Avoid coming here at all cost I recently just had a weekend out here and I cannot say how infuriated I am first they tell you that they are going to take $20 off as a down payment and then it will be refunded that instead of refunding me the 20 they charged me an extra 40 and I tried to call to get my money back The lady on the phone was being difficult and the manager refused to talk to me. Try to avoid responsibility at all cost. The bathrooms were filthy. The floors were sticky and gross and the food was terrible. Even something as simple as a salad bar they managed to botch I am never coming back here again and I’m going to have to continue to wait until they finally give me my money back that they took from me.

The hotel was a bit run down. Needs updating, painting etc. Chips in bathroom floor tiles and tub. Corners of bathroom floor not clean. Paint chipping off wood items. Stools in lobby falling apart.

The location was convenient for getting to other places in the Twin Cities. The hotel as a whole seems outdated with a layer of paint added. Staff were not overly inviting, didn't greet us when we checked in. Hotel layout was odd including having the microwave and mini fridge placed in the bathroom. Had to paid much more for this room I'd hace rated it even lower.

Loved it

Very clean. However, there was an issue checking in and we would have been overcharged by almost $100 had the cc not been declined . The toilet plugged, tv wasn't working, but the maintenance man was terrific. The shower and running water woke us up at 2 am. However, it was a nice clean place.no breakfast and you have to ask for towels. Coffee machine had issues and no one replenished supplies.

Lanoy on the front desk was excellent in being attentive to what we needed and re-assigning us to a quiet room. We very much appreciated her service

Staff is great and accommodating.

I think thought the facilities were very clean and decorated nicely. The front desk staff were very helpful. Problems encountered were the hot tub was not available on Monday morning when we wanted to use it. Whoever did our room on Sunday forgot to give us new wash cloths and another role of toilet paper.

Great stay there. We had the fortune of receiving some free food from the restaurant in the hotel that had not opened yet but was doing a trial. That was a great bonus. the suite we were in was nice and clean and spacious enough to accommodate me and my friends.

I really love everything

Pretty Standard, front desk guy with long brown curly hair and glasses had no clue what we was doing. We flew in late and he put us in the wrong room late at night so we had to go back down to lobby and redo our keys.

It was a really great stay. I loved how in front of our room was the pool. Very accessible. The staff was amazing, help with all our questions and problems we had which was our door key not working.

The air conditioning wasn't working in one of the rooms we had. The front desk staff when we came was not welcoming or friendly. I don't think he smiled once and I tried being extra friendly to him. The biggest issue is that we had reserved a 2 night stay and after the first night, we returned to discover they had given away our rooms, and a stranger was in one of our rooms with all of our belongings. They did apologize and give us two new rooms but they did not go out of their way to rectify the situation or give any compensation.
