Our family had the best time relaxing for the weekend here. We swam, cooked and enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony.

This property was perfect for all of our needs. There were lots of things to keep the kids busy with the pool, games, etc. I loved all of the extra touches that made our trip special. Perfect family getaway and close to everything.

We loved the house. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay in the Gulf Coast. My daughter enjoyed the “ hidden room” and we loved making popcorn one evening. The outdoor space was great and luckily the pool is heated since it was chilly during our stay. We wish we had planned for extra time there!--

The house was absolutely wonderful. Had everything we needed and then some. Our family enjoyed the pool and the location was fantastic! Shannon was great at responding to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved our stay at this property. Everything you need is on site, as if you were at your own home. There are numerous amenities available inside and outside the home to keep everyone entertained, but especially for kids and teens. Every detail has been thought of, so all you need to bring is food and you! Shannon (the owner) is exceptionally prompt at replying to inquiries, and in our case, arranging for a speedy repair of the water heater when it stopped working mid-stay. It was taken care of immediately and it barely inconvenienced us. The location of this property is quiet and private, and is the perfect space to getaway from it all.

My family and I absolutely adored our stay at the Petite Retreat! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very well stocked. The owner is a delight, and I appreciated the ease of communication with her. Our favorite part of our stay here was the heated pool. We swam everyday and appreciated all the floats and pool toys that were available for use. We loved it so much that it was hard to leave! I couldn’t recommend staying here enough, and we would love to stay here again.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The location, the neighborhood, the space, the amenities. We had everything we needed and more. Shannon, the property owner, was gracious and accommodating. We had a great time and plan to do it again. Thank you!

Shannon has thought of everything for this house! We traveled with our 8 year old daughter and we were never bored. The pool was lovely and heated, the beach is close and there are games and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. We can’t wait to return next year!

This is our 2nd stay at this property in the Pass. We were able to have a great vacation without leaving the house. We brought our groceries and prepared meals. There are grills on site for steaks and burgers too. The pool was crystal clear and very relaxing. There is is ping pong, pool, and board games to keep you occupied. The library holds some great reading material as well. The property is well kept. Shannon is extremely organized and goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It's a very quiet neighborhood and privacy wasn't an issue at all. 5+ stars!!!

The design of the home is impeccable. I brought my own necessities but this home came with all the daily necessities. There’s not one flaw about this home. It’s great for a family/couples getaway. This home is made for relaxing and entertaining. The area is nice and minutes away from local businesses. I can’t wait to return and/or refer some of my clients to this beautiful home.

Book this place! Great and quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the beach. Check in was easy, communication with Shannon was stellar. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Shannon has gone above and beyond to ensure that you have an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property! She is extremely organized and I love it.. First, there is a cargo elevator for the luggage! Second, everything is clearly labeled! No confusion about which remote or which switch turns on what light. Detailed instructions are in the welcome letter detailing how to use the many amenities that are provided, including the sparkling clear 8ft pool, the gorgeous gas fireplace, the firepit and the jacuzzi. I was already pleased with the attention to details but when I realized I forgot to pack coffee, I opened the cabinet above coffee maker and there was a bag of my favorite coffee! We played both ping pong and billiards. The beds slept ok and offered a choice of pillows. We brought our blow up floats for the pool but forgot our air pump. We didn't need either one because they had everything for pool fun in the pool room. Beach towels were in the master bedroom which has access to the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked. All you need is groceries. There are seasonings in the pantry and the fridge has mayo, mustard, jelly, etc. The Bar is fully equipped and has an ice maker. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The view from the front is breathtaking., especially sunrise and sunset!!! The deck is so inviting and offers a few seating options. The location is great. Privacy and very little traffic. Only minutes from the beach. We enjoyed it so much, we've already booked our next stay. 5+ stars
