This was a wonderful condo with beautiful views. Had everything we needed for our week at the beach!

We enjoyed being close to a couple of restaurants. Only possible negative was noise and smell from the restaurant, while sitting on the balcony at times, it was not constant so really was not a problem for us, it was easy to overlook because of the convenience and the condo is beautiful inside and the view with the many windows make up for it! A nice improvement would be to add a tv in the 2nd bedroom, it would also help with drowning out the unwanted sounds at night! We enjoyed our time at this condo!

We had a fabulous time. The condo was beautiful. Pictures are exact and great household items to utilize while you stay. Literally walk out your door to the beach. That view!! We will definitely be back to stay here.

We had a great time and the condo was an exceptional place to stay. The views were magnificent and the condo was perfect. The location is super convenient and being able to walk out of the entry and be just a few steps away from the beach was awesome! Christy was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is truly taken care of by the owner. The decor and amenities let you know that the owner takes pride in their condo. The view of the ocean was great and the entire condo building was extremely quiet. Easy to get to restaurants and even historic Fernandina! It was our first - it wont be our last time at this condo!

Our trip was cut short due to being evacuated because of Hurricane Ian. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the beach was amazing.

This place is beautiful, we had a wonderful time the location is perfect.. great beach front property really enjoyed the Sandbar restuarant located just next door to property.. The property looks better than the pictures listed it really is beautiful.. we always stay on the gulf side but this was just as nice.. great location.. will definitely come back.. ❤️

This was just what we needed to escape the long, cold Maine winter! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with a view of the ocean every morning. Perfection!

The unit was perfect for my husband and me. I love to watch the waves and the sunrises, he likes to walk. Views are beautiful, even with the partial interruption of the adjacent restaurant. The space was good. Appliances are updated. There was a problem with the Keurig coffee maker, which didn't both us--we preferred the drip replacement. There are very few dishes/glassware, most oversized, but lots of flatware. Many storage and other items filled the cabinets. We moved some temporarily to the extra bedroom so that we could get our groceries in for two week stay. King bed was very comfortable. It feels like a secure building. Easy drive to downtown Fernandina, and easy walk to two restaurants. One reserved parking spot too!

This property was perfect for our getaway. It was clean and nicely set up. The location was great with a restaurant/bar downstairs. I highly recommend this place and hope to return!

The property was very comfortable, clean and very well stocked. We did have trouble with the Internet, but it was not a big deal for us. Has a very nice access to the beach and the area is beautiful. When you come in from the South, the parking garage is right before the hotel/traffic light. The one con this property has is that it is right behind a restaurant that has some industrial fans running 24x7, so that drowns out the sound of the waves. I could not keep the windows open to listen to the waves, and hanging out on the balcony is so-so with the noise from the fans. The restaurant has music, but that was not a problem.

Clean and fresh new additions to the condo and we didn't want for anything - this condo is so well-appointed! And there is nothing like the sound of the ocean andthe smell of the salt air...see you again soon!

Condo was beautiful, updated, nice decor, we loved the balcony overlooking the ocean! Great views from the master bedroom as well. Condo was large and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in/out was easy and owner was quick to respond to messages . Highly recommend the condo and the area was great too, just a quick car ride down the street to the historic area. 10/10!

Only minus was the 2nd bedroom's bathroom was not off the bedroom but in the foyer. Close friends so not too bad but inconvenient a little bit. Great view and loved the decor!

Love Terraces at Beachside! Love the modern elegant beach decor in this unit! Amazing beach views! Convenient restaurant with wood-fired pizzas next door. Super clean and lots of kitchen amenities. The property manager was fantastic and answered all of our questions ahead of time. We visit AI every summer and highly recommend staying here. We missed the discontinued free umbrella/lounge chair service of years past but otherwise have no complaints. No issues during our stay. Happy travels!
