Fred was a wonderful host. We were very pleased with the well stocked kitchen. It was nice to have shampoo etc in the bathroom. The lush bath towels were very luxurious. We really appreciated the garage. Without that, street parking might not have been enough as we had several vehicles. When we had a slight problem, property management responded. We would stay again.

Gorgeous home and more than enough space for all of us! Very friendly and attentive owner, property was immaculate, has everythibg we needed and more! Would highly recommend to anyone and would absolutely staybhere again

We had stayed at this hosts properties a couple times now and are booked again as well! Highly recommend.

Six adults stayed 3 nights for a wedding. Home is small and although we did not know in advance there were other occupants in the portion of the basement that was locked off. Wish that had been disclosed as it was surprising/concerning to hear noise below the bedrooms! The person sleeping on the pullout in the small basement area was cold, additional blankets need to be provided. Several light bulbs were burnt out and the thermostat for the furnace was not operating properly. I think the checklist for the property manager needs to be addressed so items/systems are confirmed to be in good working order prior to guest check-in. The VRBO contact did respond to my messages quickly which was good but we didn't appreciate having to send them in the first place. No general tv available which was disappointing, only netflix. Overall it was a decent experience and the location was great for our event.

The property is a long way from the city centre. We wish that we would have done more research on the location.
