This is our second time staying at this house, we enjoyed it so much the first time. When i asked my 10 yr old where he wanted to go for a a second vacation this year after renting a house on the Chesapeake bay in June. He said he wanted to go back to Alexandria Bay and bring his grandparents. My inlaws own a house on a lake in Wisconsin but they loved river life here. We drove our own boat to town every night to have dinner and shop. We spent our days cruising around on the boat looking at the islands. We spent the day at Boldt Castle again took our own boat. The house is clean and a perfect location to everything.

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean. The boathouse was ideal for us to store our boat for the week. Zach and Nancy responded to our messages right away whenever we had questions. We loved our stay so much we rebooked for next year the day we left. Thank you!

If you are looking to fish or boat you get a boathouse and have electric to charge your batteries. Beds have sheets Good location, but the living room is small for 5 guys.

Very clean updated property. Had everything we needed. Loved the lower boat house and marina across the channel made launching and trailer storage easy. This home was close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the scenic boating, visiting both castles and state parks with our 19’ boat.

Nice property, the refrigerator died while we were there and the owner had a replacement very fast.

Our stay in the townhouse in Harbor Villas in Alexandria Bay was awesome! Harbor Villas #5 is beautiful. It has everything you need for while enjoying a relaxing time on the St, Lawrence River. Everything we needed was in this condo. It made for a worry free stay. The hosts Zach and Nancy were so nice and helpful. It was easy to communicate with them. I highly recommend Hatbor Villas #5. We will definitely visit again.

The property is minutes from Alexandria Bay and shopping/restaurants. Checkin was a breeze with code sent by manager that day. Condo is clean and had everything you need to cook and entertain. Only disappointment is the view out of the balcony-it overlooks a large parking lot and not very scenic.

The property was better than advertised. The living spaces were perfect and we really enjoyed stay. The owners were more than helpful and were willing to help our stay however we could want. One thing to note and outside of the owners control, the water level in the river and in the lake have been low for quite a few years. I didn't have any problems getting out but the water was only 2 feet deep in the back bay. This was a great place to stay!

Great location your boat stays clean and safe in the boat house. Located near lots of attractions.

We like to travel with our boat and always seem to have a problem finding a great launch or slip while we're at Alex bay. This was perfect. We had our own private garage or we could keep our kayaks and our boat. We are tucked away from all of the traffic and busyness of Alex Bay. But we were still able to enjoy every bit of it. The hosts were wonderful and communicated promptly with any questions we had. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. We were even allowed to bring our dog who is part of our family. It was so nice to be able to relax and not worry about anything at home. Thank you!

We loved how close we were to Bolt Castle and the town of Alexandria Bay. We walked into town one night and found out we could take our boat and park for $5. So we did that several times, I mean wow else do I take the kids out for ice cream. Lol we wish we would have stayed longer we enjoyed it that much. The house was clean beds were very comfy. I promise anyone who stays here u won't be disappointed.

We loved this property! Very clean and updated. The boat slip garage was perfect for our stay. No better place than Alex Bay for the 4th of July. Check in was seamless and lots of contact with the owners. Very responsive. We'll be staying again!

My husband and I stayed with our four month old for three nights and it was a perfect stay! The location is perfect - about a 10 min walk to the downtown. The condo is beautiful and clean and has everything you need. Very comfortable bed! Thank you!

The home exceeded our expectations, boaters paradise with enclosed boathouse! The home is well appointed and equipped for six people. Downtown Alexandria Bay is only a short walk from the home. Communication with the owner was exceptional.

Five out of five stars for cleanliness!! I packed a ton of cleaning supplies, just in case, and did not need any! This is the perfect place to stay! My husband and I had our privacy and my teenagers had their own space too. Thank you to Zach and Nancy for having us.

There were 6 of us, it was great. Kitchen lacks large frying pan. The balcony has a beehive that needs attention, otherwise, we were very pleased. Thank You.

Beautiful well decorated condo in Alex Bay. Very clean, nice touches with local menus, attractions and even a grocery store discount card. Zach left a bootle of wine at check in as well. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used to keep our boat up in the bay and had the opportunity to visit with all our River friends. The location is perfect, just a short bike ride into town for restaurants and shops.

The townhouse was great all the rooms were great the only thing that we didn’t like was, the beds are way to small not the twins but the other two yes and very uncomfortable

We had such a wonderful time here with our family! We have teenagers, a toddler and infant. Everyone enjoyed themselves! The teenagers fished off the dock, we all took our boat out for a few rides and Boldt Castle was only minutes away from the house! We found Potters Beach/Bay by boat and traveled by car to Wellesley Island State park for a cute beach and huge playground. There’s hiking and other fun there too but we had to pass. The house is clean and had dishes, towels, etc. we made food one night and got takeout too! The cute river/beach decor made it so fun and they even had games and puzzles for the kids! We arrived to a generous gift too! The owners are quick to reply and super nice. Better book fast, I’ll be sharing with my friends!! THANK YOU for a long overdue, beautiful vacation!
